I'm an employee engagement consultant. I also coach, speak, train, consult and facilitate depending on the need. I am co-Strategy Director for Engage for Success.
My key strengths are around communication, individualisation and collecting and translating knowledge into learning for others. Aside from my consulting and speaking work, this works really well when I have the opportunity to chair a conference!
