There's a lyric in a Toby Keith song that goes "I ain't as good as I once was/ but I'm as good once as I ever was."

My question: Who needs that? You need to be good all-around and more than just once - whether that means roughhousing with your kids, doing work around the house, or engaging in your favorite physical activities.
