I've tried pairing up with several different friends but I've always found that one of us is usually more motivated that the other and the accountability partnership ends up dissipating. Last year, I decided to make some serious changes in my life. I knew I couldn't do it alone so I invested a LOT of moolah and I hired a coach. It was one of THE BEST decisions I ever made. Sure, I could have made some improvements but my real success came from the accountability. I had someone cheering for me and making me follow through. In this episode, I'm explaining the difference between an accountability partner and an accountability coach, which one works best in different seasons of your life and when you should invest in a coach.
