7 Mother Nose Best?

This episode sees Fiona get rather emotional as her daughter, Molly sits in The Guinea Pig chair.

Molly has been unhappy with her nose for as long as she can remember, despite Fiona's belief that it's perfect and should be left alone.

Now Molly has grown-up she's decided to come to the clinic and see if there's anything Dr Maryam can suggest.

Spoiler alert: Molly gets her way and we hear what Maryam does to change the shape of her nose right before her mother's eyes.
