In this episode, Fiona once again 'keeps it in the family' when husband Robert comes along to the clinic to share his experiences of having an eye lid reduction.

Many men of Robert's generation probably wouldn't consider having such procedures, for fear of being thought vain; But Maryam explains why performing this surgery on Robert was essential for a multitude of medical reasons.

Plus, whilst he's in the clinic, Robert also has the pleasure of Maryam removing a skin-tag AND gets a stern lecture in SPF usage!
