The fight to reform striped bass management has been a long and arduous process. The number one issue for the voices involved has been putting guardrails on Conservation Equivalency (CE). Over 98% of public comments fully supported adding these guardrails. Yet, after the entire Amendment 7 process, CE stills sits on the table in front of us.
