Mark Charltonpodcasters.spotify.com
This is a podcast of conversations with interesting people who I have encountered. It complements my blog https://mark-charlton.com. The name of the podcast is inspired by Hunter S Thompson's collection of stories described as 'strange tales from a strange time'. I bought the book prior to developing a life-changing illness caused by a colloid cyst growing on my brain I was recuperating in August 2021, when Boscombe beach was cleared after a shark was spotted in the water. So that was the inspiration - strange tales from a strange time and being unable to think of anything better!
