Episode 16 -Really 14.2

This week we wrap up Episode 14 with 14.2... which is really our 16th episode. We feature a topic by Gareth Lock, director of Human in the System Consulting and developed a course called Human Factors Skills in Diving. We brought up this topic from and article we talked about a few weeks ago but really dive deeper into it in this episode. Coincidentally, Diver Magazine is putting out a big story about the same topic in the current issue.
