The Great Cloud - podcast cover

The Great Cloud

The Great Cloud is a podcast that imaginatively retells stories from the Bible, utilizing vivid storytelling to engage the listener with intriguing and moving perspectives on characters and events in the Scriptures. The name comes from Hebrews 12:2 which says, "Therefore, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us also lay aside every weight, and sin which clings so closely, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us." The author's reference to the great cloud of witnesses is referring back to the many biblical characters who walked by faith that he mentioned in the previous chapter. This name was chosen because the aim is to reflect on the stories of some of those in the great cloud of witnesses in order that we would be moved, encouraged, and strengthened to run the race set before us. The hope is that this project will lead people to have a greater interest in the actual Bible as God inspired it.

If he was a close disciple of Peter, as many believe he was, what advice would Peter have given him?
