SUPREMES TO DECIDE AMERICA’S FUTURE

The Supreme Court to hear arguments and rule on Donald Trump’s important, historic Presidential immunity claim. The top Court will also rule on 1512c, obstruction of an official proceeding felony. There are ramifications for more than 300 J6 defendants as well as half of Jack Smith’s indictments against Trump. Investigative reporter Julie Kelly is optimistic the Supreme Court will rein in how 1512c was used because the DOJ twisted the language in that statute to make it fit what happened on J6. How do they get their lives back? The DOJ exploited the statute to turn protestors into felons. This is one of the worst abuses of legal authority by the DOJ in American history. Most believe the court will come back with a strong opinion to reverse the DOJ. This will be a complete humiliation for the DOJ.
