Kimberly Hermann is General Counsel for the Southeastern Legal Foundation. They are suing the U.S. Dept. of Education over civil rights violations in Chicago, the hotbed of critical race theory in this country. The SLF is representing a brave teacher who exposed racial segregation through CRT. Hermann says our laws no longer protect equality. Our entire federal government has been weaponized against Americans, against our Constitution and rule of law. SLF is hoping the Supreme Court will put a stop to it.
