Who says robots can’t understand humans? On this episode, Andrei introduces us to his business, BotsAndUs. He explains how the use of ‘Bo’, their customer-facing robot, can help improve a customer’s experience; whether they be at an airport, a shopping mall or in a store. Andrei then explains by listening and responding to his own customers, they developed a new Bot, ‘Mim’, that delivers real-time customer and data insights to a business, providing them with a better understanding of their customers.
