Sara Davis - Be Comfortable Being Uncomfortable

Sara has an incredible story and journey that you don't want to miss. She was a dual-sport athlete in college playing volleyball and golf and graduated with a degree in Media Communications specializing in Radio, Digitial, and Television with a certificate in Technical and Professional Communications.  There is so much that we unpacked in this conversation, from how she went from a beginning golfer in college to becoming a PGA member and now a scratch player to her fitness journey. A couple of years ago, Sara came to me for help with her game and to help her reach her lofty golfing goals as well as mentoring her as a coach and I knew from the beginning that she was a very passionate and driven high performing young lady.
