Most people tend to be "Yes People", that is, people who want to do good and help out- even at the expense of personal health and priorities. There is a stigma to saying "No". But today Lauren reflects on the fact that the JOY we are promised in Christ can only come when we stay nourished and bear fruit. And that doesn't come if we give everything away.
