Episode description

Courtney is joined this week by serial entrepreneur and Founder of Lola Blankets, Thomas Higham. He got the idea for Lola Blankets when his mom was battling breast cancer and used a soft minky type blanket. Before she passed she left each of her kids a special blanket with a note from her. Thomas now runs Lola Blankets alongside his family in honor of his mother. However, Lola Blankets is not Tom's first entrepreneurial adventure. In college, he made bedframe out of pallets and it became business called Pallet Bedz which was wildly successful. Tom shares why he decided to sell Pallet Bedz two years later and how he stays motivated growing Lola Blankets.
