Episode description

President Trump has come out in favor of invoking the Insurrection Act to help curb some of the violent protests happening across the country, specifically in Minnesota. While Glenn understands its necessity, he warns of the precedent it could set. What's happening in Minnesota is more like an insurrection than January 6, but Glenn argues we can't use the Left's reasoning; instead, we must lean on the Constitution. Glenn reacts to Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney saying the quiet part out loud when it comes to teaming up with foreign enemies to create a new world order. Author Brad Meltzer joins to discuss his latest book, "The Viper." Brad and Glenn also discuss Brad's upcoming comic-book project. As the country eagerly awaits SCOTUS' decision on President Trump's tariffs, Glenn warns of problems that will arise if SCOTUS rules against the Trump administration. Former investment banker Carol Roth joins to discuss the chaos that could happen if SCOTUS shoots down Trump's tariffs.
