A simple guide on how to meditate

There are many ways to meditate, so always feel free to make the practice your own. Here I share how I use Mindfulness of Breath to meditate as I learnt from studying the works of Thich Nhat Hanh. There are a few ways to do this. We can count the breath, observe the breath and even gently extend the breath.
