I loved talking with Charles Dobens about business and life. We discuss how sometimes the best thing to do is to "Burn the Boats"  when it comes to making a big move in life and in your career.  What this means is that you give yourself no other choice than to pursue exactly what you want to pursue by cutting off any way of going back to what you had long considered "safe."  Charles is a great investor and coach, and we talk about RE investing at length as well!
