88 - Daniela Moroz

Daniela Moroz - 6x Formula Kite World Champion, 4x US Rolex Yachtswoman of the Year, 2024 Olympian. When we chatted with Daniela, she had not long come back from representing the USA in the first ever formula kite olympic competition in Marseille, France...what a wild ride she had. In this podcast she tells us all about he introductions to kite foiling, her experience as an olympic favourite entering the games, the still unclear outcome of the final rounds and much much more. Daniela wears her heart on her sleeve, is an impressive sailor, impressive athlete, impressive all around person and both genuinely lovely and inspiring. We were supposed to meet her in person to record this episode whilst on the road in the states but her hectic schedule pulled her away from home. Now that we've had a couple of hours chatting the chat, we're even more motivated to get a mic under her nose in person.
