The Battle of the Circuits

The Circuit Courts are battling it out, but finally the Democrat-appointed justices are still winning out in terms of sheer numbers. Two moderates on the US Supreme Court have been tipping private property rights the wrong direction. Christians need to hold consistently to free speech AND private property rights, but what does this look like? Suppose a 501 c(3) pro-life organization or a pro-life plumber hires somebody who spends his Saturdays campaigning for Joe Biden. They fire that person, and then get sued on a 1st Amendment basis. Or suppose a Christian school hires some teacher whom they discover later to be protesting for "Gay Rights" on Saturdays. What about a private university that disallows teaching on Evolution . . . or disallows teaching on Buddhism . . . or Islam? Do I have the right to not allow a Buddhist club to organize on my campus? The only way out of this . . . is to privatize all education now.
