Episode description

Guest host Adam McManus interviews Kris Kobach, attorney with Alliance for Free Citizens, about his lawsuit on behalf of 36 Airmen who have been denied a religious exemption from the COVID-shot mandate. Based on Scripture, they object to the use of aborted fetal tissue in the development of the COVID shots.

As he explained in his Breitbart column entitled Airmen Lawsuit Illustrates the Madness of Biden’s Vaccine Mandates, Kobach notes that the mandate violates the Religious Freedom Restoration Act of 1993 as well as the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.

Plus, 17 of the 36 Airmen are pilots of the RC-135, one of the most sophisticated intelligence-gathering planes ever built. The American taxpayers have already invested a whopping $5.5 million to train each one. To fire them would be a colossal waste of $93.5 million worth of training.
