The purpose of this exercise is to introduce you to Focus twenty three, the transitional reality of those who have detached from physical life. Get your body in a comfortable position so that there is no stress or strain. Do this now. Move now through your preparatory process. First your energy conversion box. Place any worries or concerns in this box, for they will only get in the way of this exercise. Second resonant tuning. Next your risen at energy balloon,
followed by your affirmation I am more than my physical body. Then move to Focus ten and I will join you there. Oh did you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you ya d Move now to Focus twelve, the state of expanded awareness. Move to Focus fifteen. Focus fifteen the state where time does not exist. Move now to Focus twenty one, beyond time and on the edge of space. Do this by the method you have learned twenty one twenty one. Relax and
remain calm and serene, and focus twenty one. Now you remain comfortable and calm in the freedom of Focus twenty one, and you carry all of this with you as you move part of your consciousness into Focus twenty three, the area the awareness just beyond the consciousness of physical activity. You will move into Focus twenty three only in part, leaving most of you still acting in space and time where you are now, much as you do when you go to
sleep. Thus you can and will return whenever you so desire. You will remain calm and confident and sure because you are always in control of you. You will move beyond Focus twenty one as I can twenty two. You are changing, less aware of time space and more aware of this other. Stay so close to time space but not part of it twenty two. Relax and
remain calm and serene and sure you and your consciousness and full control. You can observe freely and comfortably in the heavily populated twenty two because of those who are here, only a very small portion are conscious as you are now. First, observe those who have altered their consciousness awareness through absorption of chemicals into their system or through injury, not totally conscious and distorted in their physical awareness.
Move among them to increase your understanding. You are in control and they are not. Move now more in the direction of focus twenty three. Observe the millions who are in physical sleep. Only part of their awareness is here. Perceive that most are not in control of what they are, what they do. They are operating from patterns, taking only from their physical life experiences. They are doing this so strongly and without rational thought that nothing else exists
but that which they create dreams, dreaming. Move among them. You will not interrupt their dreams. You may not even perceive what they are dreaming, because it is each one's dream alone. Move on to Focus twenty three. Twenty three twenty three Focus twenty three The transitional reality of those who have detached from physical life. Observe Perceive you can remain calm and strong because you control you, and you are still bound to physical life. You can return completely
to physical life at any point you so desire. Observe Perceive those who have made the transition, yet they do not recognize it. Observe Perceive those who realize there has been a change, but keep trying to stay in physical life. Observe Perceive those who are bewildered and lost because they do not know the meaning of the change. Bewildered, lost, frightened, fearful, and angry.
They do not know what to be or what to do. Observe, perceive Those who have become isolated and immobile, locked and shocked, unable to release their consciousness, drifting, waiting, observe and perceive all of these in Focus twenty three. Because here is the point of the many, you can help become familiar, but only perceive and observe. Become calm conscious, under full control you control you, so that you can come here again when you
are ready to help. For now, observe only and know you are under full control of you U U u U. You will return now to Focus twenty one, remembering what you have observed and perceived, but leaving behind you any emotions that may have developed. You will move to Focus twenty one now as I guide you twenty two, twenty one, twenty one. Relax again and familiar Focus twenty one. Now from Focus twenty one, you will move back to Focus fifteen as I guide you twenty nineteen, eighteen, seventeen,
sixteen fifteen Focus fifteen. Now from Focus fifteen, you will move back to Focus twelve as I guide you fifteen fourteen thirteen twelve Relax and focus twelve the twelve state. Now from Focus twelve, you will move to focus ten as I guide you twelve eleven, ten, Relax and focus ten the ten state. I am going to count now from ten to one, and when I reach the count of one, you will be in full physical waking consciousness. You do this as I guide you back to one, which is full physical
waking consciousness ten nine, eight seven. When I reach the count of one, all of your five physical senses will be operating clearly, cleanly, sharply and beautifully. You will be completely refreshed, feeling better in every way. Oh, when I reach the count of one seven six, five, four, three, two, one one, wake up. You are wide awaken one, the state of full physical wakening consciousness.
