The purpose of this series is to assist you in knowing through direct experience that you truly are more than your physical body. It's through this knowledge that I hope you will live more fully and consciously during your time here in this earth life system. Your current level of maturity carries with it a responsibility to co create a new paradigm for those who follow you in the evolution of human consciousness. Most important, as Bob would say, have fun. The purpose of
this exercise is to become familiar with your second body state. Move now through your preparatory process. First your energy conversion box. Place any worries or concerns in this box, for they will only get in the way of this exercise. Second resonant tuning, followed by your affirmation I am more than my physical body. Then move to Focus ten and I will join you there again.
Oh about anything that name. Now in Focus ten the ten state, relax, Feel your body relaxed more and more, more and more your awareness awake and alert, fully conscious. As your body drifts into deep deep sleep. Now fully relaxed and aware, begin to notice the energy, the energy surrounding your physical body. Feel it now, feel it surrounding your physical body. This is your second body, the body of energy which surrounds your physical body.
Take a moment now to become more acquainted with this essential part of you. Now allow this energy field to expand more and more as I guide you to focus. Twelve. Feel the energy expanding more and more, more and more. Eleven expanding outward more and more. Feel the energy expanding more and more, more and more twelve twelve, Calm and comfortable in focus. Twelve. Now move your awareness to your right arm, your physical arm. Notice
its position, Notice your fingers and the direction they are pointing. Now, slowly and confidently, simply through your thoughts, stretch your non physical arm in the direction it is pointing. Stretch it further and further. Reach for an object that is familiar to you, whatever you perceive that is beyond the reach of your physical arm. Reach for that object. Continue to stretch your non physical arm until you feel something. Stretch it further and further. I will
wait while you do this. Now straighten your non physical hand and gently push against the object. Push a little more, a little harder, gently overcoming any resistance. Now, reach for whatever is beyond the object that you just put your hand through. Reach for it, Feel it. Notice the texture.
Take a few moments to explore the second object. Now, now calmly and easily withdraw your hand, your non physical hand, slowly bringing it back back to your energy body, back to the position where you started, more and more back to its original position. Relax. Now, relax and remember the feeling. Now repeat this exercise with your left arm. Allow your non physical arm to extend. Extend outward in the direction that it is pointing.
Stretch it further and further. Reach for an object that is familiar to you. Whatever you perceive that is beyond the reach of your physical arm. Reach for that object. Continue to stretch your non physical arm until you feel something. I will wait while you do this. Now straighten your non physical hand and gently push against the object. Push a little more, a little harder, gently overcoming any resistance. Now reach for whatever is beyond the object that
you just put your hand through. Reach for it, Feel it. Notice the texture. Take a few moments to explore the second object. Now, now calmly and easily withdraw your hand, your non physical hand, slowly bringing it back back to your energy body, back to the position where you started. More and more back to its original position. Relax now, relax and remember the feeling. You will return now back to full physical waking consciousness.
As I count from twelve back to one, you will be fully awake and alert by the time I reach the number one, totally refreshed in every way, with all systems within the body physical operating wonderfully and efficiently. I will count now twelve eleven, ten, nine, eight, seven, six, five, four, three two one, one Awake and alert, and welcome back.
