By now, we hope you have truly experienced the non physical states of awareness and know the potential for further exploration. The most important part of your journey is to practice what you have learned to be and do in a whole new way, bringing in the greater energy, the greater consciousness into your daily life. The purpose of this exercise is to integrate what you have learned about the series.
Move now through your preparatory process. Then move on to Focus twelve by the method you have learned, and I will join you there.

Now when Focused twelve, floating comfortably within your energy body, begin to notice the light that is surrounding you, a warm, comfortable, soft light emanating from your energy body. Relax into this light. Feel grateful for the comfort and peace you find. Belove you feel within the embrace of this calming, peaceful light. Begin to move through the light, taking with you this
feeling of love and peaceful awareness. You were beginning to move through the light, moving to focus twenty one more and more through the light, to focus twenty one more and more, Moving to focus twenty one more and more through the light, to Focus twenty one. Relax now relax and feel calm and comfortable in Focus twenty one. Beyond this latter those who know and understand and love you, and they are willing to assist you in this process
to experience more of this dimension. Ask for their guidance, Ask for their assistance, be willing and open to receive. I will call you and you will hear and respond to my voice when this exploration period is over. So ask for this assistance and guidance to be with you. Now you hear my voice clearly and respond. You hear my voice and respond. Don't give thanks to those who have helped you. Express your gratitude for this experience. Know
that you can always connect with each other. All you need to do is think of the world, those who have helped you, and know that help is always and
freely available. But now now it's time to return back to your starting point, back to your physical body, moving back back more and more, back to your starting point, back through the light, moving through the light, back to your energy body, which is even now beginning to slow down in vibration, slowing down more and more, more and more, moving back to its original state, becoming more grounded, more physical, your awareness moving inward into your physical body. Relax now,
relax and focus twelve, and remember the experience. Now, when focus twelve, express gratitude for all you who have experienced. Let it radiate throughout your entire being. Take a moment to express this gratitude.

You will return now back to full physical awakened consciousness. As I count from twelve back to one, you will be fully awake and alert by the time I reach the number one, totally refreshed in every way, with all systems within the body physical operating wonderfully and efficiently.
