The purpose of this exercise is to assist you in the lift out procedure. The intent is not to travel far off, but to remain in close proximity to the physical body and to become familiar with the second body state and the surroundings of your own room. Move now through your preparatory process. First your energy conversion box. Place any worries or concerns in this box, for they will
only get in the way of this exercise. Second resonant tuning, followed by your affirmation I am more than my physical body. Then move to Focus ten and I will join you there the school.

Now in Focus ten the ten state, relax, your mind, alert and aware. Allow yourself to feel the vibrations of your second body, your energy body, which is a part of you surrounding your physical body. Take a moment now to become more acquainted with this essential part of you. Now allow this energy field to expand more and more as I guide you to Focus twelve. Feel the energy expanding more and more, more and more eleven expanding outward more and more, more and.
More twelve twelve.
Calm and comfortable and focus twelve. Now calm and comfortable in focus twelve. Feel the increase in your vibrations. Feel it, feel it pulsing at a very high speed. More and more, feel the energy increase, feel it pulsing more and more. Now, as you relax into this expanded state, begin to notice the feeling of getting lighter, lighter. Notice how nice it is to feel so very light. It is a wonderful feeling just floating in the confines of your energy body.
Now I begin to think of floating upwards. H up. How nice it feels to be floating upward, lighter and lighter, floating gently upward, up and away from your physical body. Relax now into this feeling.

Now slowly, calmly float downward, back down to your fiscal body. Think of yourself moving downward back to the physical body. Feel yourself as you move back to your physical body. Feel the vibrations of your energy body slowly decreasing as you and the energy around you move more and more slowly back to your physical body. Relax now and remember the freedom, the freedom of movement. You will return now
back to full physical waking consciousness. As I count from twelve back to one, you will be fully awake and alert by the time I reach the number one, totally refreshed in every way, with all systems within the body physical operating wonderfully and efficiently.
