In this exercise, you'll be introduced to focus fifteen. Focus fifteen is a place that is not limited by time or space. Begin with your preparatory process. Then move to Focus twelve by the method you have learned, and I will join you there.

Twelve. You are now in Focus twelve, the state of expanded awareness. Relax and feel calm and secure and comfortable in Focus twelve, the twelve state. Yeah. From Focus twelve, you will learn to move into another state of being, Focus fifteen, the state of no time, where time does not exist for you. You can move into this state where time does not exist because the energy that you are is beyond time. The energy that you are is

not controlled by time. You can move into Focus fifteen and return easily and comfortably because you are energy which is not limited by time and space. To reach Focus fifteen from Focus twelve, all you need do is count in your mind slowly from twelve to fifteen, expressing the desire to be in no time. When you've reached the number fifteen, you will enter focus fifteen, where time does not exist. When you are in Focus fifteen, you will

still hear and act upon my voice. You will remain calm, relaxed, and serene in your consciousness. I will guide you now as you move into Focus fifteen, the state of no time, where time does not exist. I'm going to count now twelve thirteen. You are moving out of the area of time more and more, moving more and more out of the area of time. Fourteen. You are moving away from time. You are moving into the state where time does not exist, and you remain calm, comfortable, relaxed, and serene.

The area where time does not exist. Fifteen, you have moved into Focus fifteen, where time does not exist. You remain calm and serene. You are free, free to explore in Focus fifteen, where time does not exist. I will be here to guide.

Now. As I guide you, you will return to time, back to Focus twelve. You will move from Focus fifteen, where you are right now, back to Focus twelve to where time exists for you. You will do this as I guide you fifteen fourteen. You are moving out of the state of no time and back into the area of where time does exist, more and more easily and calmly. Thirteen you are moving more and more back into time more and more, moving back to Focus twelve, where time

does exist more and more. Twelve, You are now back and Focus twelve, the twelve state. Relax feel calm and comfortable in Focus twelve. Now you will move again into Focus fifteen, the state of no time. As I guide you, you will continue to hear and act upon MY voice, and you will remain calm, comfortable, and relaxed as you explore the state of no time again. Thirteen, you are moving out of the area of time and into the

state of no time. You remain calm, comfortable, and serene as you move into the state of no time more and more. Fourteen, you are moving more and more into Focus fifteen, where time does not exist, where time has no meaning. Fifteen fifteen, You are now in Focus fifteen, where time time does not exist, where time has no meaning. You remain calm and serene. You are free, free to explore and to experience the state of no time. I will be here to guide you.

As I guide you, you will return to time back to Focus twelve. You will move from Focus fifteen, where you are right now, back to where time has full existence for you in Focus twelve. You will do this as I guide you fifteen. Fourteen, you are moving out of the state of no time and back into the area where time does exist more and more easily, calmly and relaxed. Thirteen, you are moving back to focus twelve, where time does exist for you more and more.

You are now back in Focus twelve, the twelve state. Relax feel calm and comfortable. In Focus twelve, you will return now to focus ten by the method you have learned. By counting slowly in your mind from twelve to ten, begin your count now. When you return to the conscious physical waking state, your body will be so equalized as to overcome all those things that might hinder or prevent it from being or giving its best mental, spiritual, and

physical self. The body physical will create within the system those properties necessary to cause the eliminations to be so increased as to bring the best normal physical condition to the body. The mental will so give that impression to the system as to build the best moral, mental, and physical forces for your body. The nerve supplies of the

whole body will assume their normal forces. The vitality will be stored in them through the application of the physical being as well as of the spiritual elements in the physical forces of the body. Perfectly normal, perfectly balanced, and perfectly equalized will be the condition when you return to the physical waking state. You will return now to full physical waking consciousness by the method you have learned, by

simply thinking the number one in your mind. When you do this, you will become completely wide awake, both physically and mentally, fully refreshed and filled with new vitality. Begin your return to full physical waking consciousness now, Lai
