Express your intent to deepen your awareness of this integral and natural part of who
you truly are, your true self essence. Now, from this place of greater awareness, First, explore any obstacles within you which may hinder you from experiencing and trusting yourself as an intuitive being. Ask for help in identifying any limiting beliefs which may prevent you from knowing and trusting your intuitive self.
