Now learn to improve the condition and performance of your breathing system. To prepare for this h plus function exercise. Move now to make your body comfortable whatever is best for you. You have made sure that you will not be interrupted during this learning period. And now get your body into your most relaxed position. Loosen any tight clothing, Stretch your arms and legs and let them droop, limp and relaxed. Turn your head slowly from side to side.

Breathe easily and deeply. I will wait while you do this. Turn now to your security repository box. Raise the heavy lid. Place in the box. Any worries, anxieties, and concerns that you may have right at this moment. You don't need them now and they will simply get in the way of your learning process. Do this now. Now close the lid of your repository box, close it tightly, and turn away. Turn away. Breathe slowly and deeply, and relax. Move now

to the ten state of total relaxation. As I guide you.

To three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, ten, Relax calmly and serenely. In the ten state, you will open your plus access channel now as I guide you eleven All parts of your being, from your conscious waking mind down to every living cell, are open to understand and act upon the instruction you're about to receive. To let it become the knowledge, the knowing of your entire

living system. Here is the instruction to all of you from this moment on your lungs, your throat, your nose, complex, all of the units that make up the system you have in youse to intake ingredients and energy from the air around you, and to release unwanted matter into such air. This breathing system is beginning and will continue to change, so as to become more and more efficient, stronger, and stronger, reaching for perfection in doing exactly that which it was

designed to do and be. Feel now as the passages in your nose are becoming more and more free and open, as any obstructing matter to the natural flow of air is discharged and released. Feel as the air is warmed to just the correct temperature as it moves through the passages. See the waving follicles in your nose. Restrain the small unwanted particles from reaching deeper into the system. Hear them

as they perform better this cleaning action. Feel as the air moves more and more easily to your throat area. Look as this fresh air moves into every part of your lungs, moving more and more into lung areas that it had not reached before.

Look as the surface of your lungs absorbs better and better life giving oxygen from the air. Watch as your lung surfaces discharge all unwanted material much more quickly and easily from your body and into the flow of air. Feel as the muscles and nerves in your diaphragm begin to become much stronger and smoother as they move air in and out.

You know, as you perceive your entire breathing system becoming stronger and smoother, as it releases any useless tissue and replaces it with fresh, new, regenerated cells of organized structures. As it changes the air much more efficiently, taking in needed oxygen and expelling unwanted waste material, all improving steadily

towards the goal of perfection of your original design. Also, at any point in the future, when you desire to speed up this improving pattern, all you need do is inhale and hold your breath, then say in your mind, thus breathe better, then exhale slowly through your mouth. When you do this, this improving change in your breathing system will become much more rapid in its progress to perfection. The more you use this function, the easier and more

effective it will become. You will remember and act upon this knowledge function at any point from this moment on. You will so act with your entire being when your conscious waking self gives the correct action signal, the one you have just learned. The more you use this signal and function, smoother and easier it will become. You will close your plus access channel now as I guide you.

Ten, you are moving back to the ten state of total relaxation. As the access signal goes away. Ten the access signal stating more and more ten the access signal. The access channel is closed. It will stay closed until your next function learning exercised, relax and feel calm and serene in the ten state. You will move now into easy and normal RESTful sleep. As I guide you. When I reach the count of twenty, you will be in

normal natural RESTful sleep. Remember the higher the number, the more deeply relaxed you become, and the more you drift easily and calmly into natural complete sleep. I'm going to count now ten eleven, twelve, thirteen, fourteen, fifteen, sixteen, seventeen, eighteen, nineteen, twenty, twenty twenty and.

When I reach the count of one, I'm going to count now twenty nineteen, eighteen, seventeen, sixteen, fifteen, fourteen, thirteen, twelve, eleven,

ten nine eight seven. When I reach the count of one, You'll be completely wide awake, both physically and mentally, and completely refreshed and full of new energy, with all of your five physical senses operating clearly, cleanly, sharply, and beautifully all. When I reach the count of one, seven six, five, four.

One, wake up, Wake up, open your eyes. You're completely wide awake and full of new energy. Remember, whenever you desire to speed up the improvement in your breathing system. All you need to do is inhale and hold your breath and then say in your mind plus breathe better. Then exhale slowly through your mouth. This is the end of your H plus function exercise
