This is your H plus function exercise for reducing the effects of high blood pressure. To prepare for this H plus function exercise, move now to make your body comfortable whatever's best for you. You've made sure that you'll not be interrupted during this learning period, and now get your body into its most relaxed position. Loosen any tight clothing, Stretch your arms and legs and let them droop, limp and relaxed. Turn your head slowly from side to side.

Breathe easily and deeply. I'll wait while you do this. Turn now to your security repository box, raise the heavy lid and place in the box. Any worries, anxieties, or concerns that you may have right at this moment. You don't need them now, and they'll simply get in the way of this learning process. Do this now. Now close the lid of your repository box, close it tightly, and turn away. Turn away. Breathe slowly and deeply, and relax

Move now to the tense state of total relaxation. As I guide you two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, ten, relaxed, calmly and serenely. The more you perform this function of perceiving and balancing any portion of your system, the easier and more effective it will become. At any point from this moment on, whenever you desire to know the condition of any part of your heart or blood vessel system, and then to balance and adjust such part, all you need do is

close your eyes, inhale deeply and hold your breath. Look with your closed eyes at that portion of the heart and blood vessel system that you wish to know and direct, and then say in your mind plus balance blood pressure. Then exhale slowly through your mouth and open your eyes.

When you do this, you will immediately become consciously aware of the condition in that portion of your heart and blood vessel system, and your entire system will quickly and smoothly move to bring that portion into a normal, natural, and equalized state of being. Your system knows and remembers how to do this, and will so perform when you instruct it by this method. The more you perform this function of perceiving and balancing any portion of your system,

the easier and more effective it will become. You will remember and act upon this knowledge function at any point from this moment on. You will so act with your entire being. When your conscious waking self gives the correct action signal, the one you've just learned. The more you use this signal and function, the smoother and easier it will become. You'll close your plus access channel now as I guide you. Ten. Ten, you're moving back to the

tense state of total relaxation. As the access signal goes away. Ten, the access signal is fading more and more. Ten the access signal the access channel is closed.
