This is your tune up exercise for H plus human plus preparation for your becoming more than you ever could be. H plus the way of H plus it can become for you the key to a completely new way to do and be, To learn and achieve more than you ever thought possible, to improve your performance in whatever you need or desire in every part of your life, work

or play, study, body coordination, even to sleep better. Science now knows much more of the combination of your mind, what and how you think, and your actions, what you do, and how well you do it. One fact stands out. If you think clearly, sharply, smoothly, you will do and be far more effectively. If you direct your thoughts, you can be whatever you so direct. H plus is a

set of tools to help you do this. Just as you need a screwdriver to turn the screw, a wrench to turn a nut or a bolt, H plus provides you with the tools to help you adjust the different parts of your thinking machine, your mind. These take the form of encoding signals, which you first learn and then learn to use your thought controls you. These encoding signals let you control your thoughts. All you need to do during This exercise is simply relax and listen to my voice.

Even if you fall asleep, that's fine. To get started, move your body around to get it in your most comfortable position, where there is the least strain for you. I will wait while you do this. Now the first step think of a box, a large, strong box with a heavy lid, or remember a box you've seen somewhere, a box you think is a safe place to put something so that it will not get out until you take it out. This will be your repository box, and

you can use it whenever needed during these exercises. Your repository box a safe place to put which only you can fill and only you can remove what you put in it. Think of this box and remember it. You have the box good, Raise the heavy lid and place in the box anything you're thinking about, anything you're feeling that may interfere or get in the way during this exercise. Put in it. Any worries or fears, any anger, any ache or pain, any sense of being tired. Put them

all in your repository box. Do this now. Now, relax and turn away from your repository box. Turn away and put it behind you. Relax, you can do this all in your mind with your eyes closed. You are ready for the next step along your pathway to h plus. Remember if you fall asleep anywhere along the way, at any step, that's fine. You won't miss a thing. You will still retain and remember now you will begin the

ten point system of total relaxation. By the time you reach the count of ten, your body will be totally and completely relaxed in all parts, in all ways. The higher the number, the more deeply relaxed you will become. First, let your jaw, the muscles of your jaw, let them go. Limp relax. Let the muscles and nerves of your jaw go limp relax. Now your eyelids, Let your eyelids relax. Go limp. Now your lips, Let the muscles and nerves of your lips relax. Relax easily and go limp. Now,

the muscles in your forehead. Let the muscles in your forehead relax, go limp. Now, the muscles in your cheeks. In each cheek, let them relax. The muscles in your cheeks relax and go limp Now, the muscles in your scalp over the top of your head. In your scalp Let the muscles in your scalp relax. Relax. Now, the muscles in your neck. Let the muscles in your neck relax. Relax. Now your eyes, Let the muscles in your eyes, the

muscles that control your eyes, let them relax. Relax. Now, let this relaxation of the nerves and muscles in your head. Let this relaxation sink inward. Let it sink inward. Let it flow into your brain. Let it flow into your brain. Let this relaxation flow into your brain. Let it flow and sink easily and deeply into your brain. Feel it sinking inward, easily and calmly, until your entire brain feels more and more relaxed, more and more relaxed. Now that

your brain feels and understands this relaxation. Now that it feels and understands this relaxation. As I count to ten, let this relaxation flow from your brain. Flow from your brain into every part of your physical body. Two, your relaxed brain tells your neck and shoulders to relax, let go sleep. Three your arms, Your brain tells your arms to relax, let go sleep. Four your brain tells your hands and fingers. Each hand and each finger, let go sleep. Five.

Your brain tells your back up and down your back, each muscle and nerve in your back to relax, Let go sleep. Six. Your brain tells your rubber body, your chest, your heart, your lungs, your diaphragm. Your brain tells this part and these parts of your physical body to relax, Let go sleep. Seven. Your brain tells your lower body your abdomen. Your abdomen down to your hips, your kidneys,

your liver, your stomach, your intestines, your genitals. Your brain tells all of these parts in your lower body to relax and let go sleep. Eight. Your brain tells your hips, each hip, the muscles and nerves in each hip to relax. Let go sleep. Nine. Your brain tells your legs, each leg from your hip down to your foot. Your legs. Your brain tells the muscles and nerves in your legs to relax. Let go sleep. Ten. Your feet and your toes. Your brain tells the muscles and nerves in each foot

and each toe to relax. Let go sleep ten. Ten. Now, from your deep relaxation, in ten, you will construct an access channel which will reach all levels of your being, all levels from your conscious waking mind through your remembering patterns, your emotions, your beliefs, your habits, your physical self, into the awareness of each cell and cellular structure. Every part of you will be reached by this new access channel.

You will now create eleven. When you hear the word eleven and this access signal, your entire self, all parts of you will hear, understand, and act upon the words you hear. Every part of you open, understand, act upon change. Waves of light flowing inward, flowing into every part of your being, and every part of you understands, you understand. The message is flowing, messages flowing, understood and acted upon in this the plus access channel. You will open this

plus access channel only during these exercises. When you hear the word eleven and the access sound signal, now, you will close down the plus access channel. As I say the number ten, ten, ten, your plus access channel is closing. Ten. Your plus access channel is closed. Now. I'm going to count now from ten to twenty, and when I reach the count of twenty, you will be completely in normal, natural, RESTful sleep. You will then sleep soundly and normally and

awaken when I call you. Remember the higher the number, the more relaxed and sleepy you become until you drift off into a normal, natural, RESTful sleep. I'm going to count now eleven twelve, thirteen, fourteen, fifteen, sixteen, seventeen, eighteen, nineteen, twenty, twenty twenty. I'm going to count now from twenty down to one. When I reached the count of one, you'll

be completely wide awake, both physically and mentally. You'll be completely refreshed and full of vital energy, feeling better in every way. All of your five physical senses will be operating cleanly, clearly, sharply, and beautifully. All when I reach the count of one. I'm going to count now twenty nineteen, eighteen, seventeen, sixteen, fifteen, fourteen, thirteen, twelve, eleven ten. When I reach the count of one, all of your five physical senses will be operating clearly, cleanly, sharply,

and beautifully. You'll be completely wide awake, both physically and mentally. You'll be completely refreshed and full of new vital energy, and you'll feel better in every way. All when I reach the count of one ten nine eight, seven, six, five, four three two one one, wake up, open your eyes, stretch your arms and legs, and breathe deeply. You're wide awake and full of new energy. This is the end of your H plus exercise
