We like to welcome, ever we one to another episode Against the Chronicles podcast, and guess what, I don't have
my homeboys here. The Night eight is currently on tour and James South that taking care of that badass Green Sunday is. So I'm here solo night, but I'm not by myself. I want my homeboy Uncle Beats. Beats was cracking with your big dog man and the streets like white lines on the corner. I can stop sign show
the show. We were just together a few days ago over Cowboys Um over at Cowboys Spot, discussing that Nipsey Hustle trial and everything, and we could have been getting our interviewing in live in person that day, but we said and shopped up some other business with the homie. So it was cool. Yeah, actually wound up being pretty good man. So tell me man, you're originally from Shotjohn correct shoutdown to go down for show, for shore for show.
When you man, you don't have, you don't have your hands, and a whole bunch of different myths. Man, I have, I definitely have. I don't know from me from the beginning. It's just no God be having the will and he just see you the way seeing, you know. So I was, I was around some some made me start wrapping and that just really opened up out of doors for other stuff from me, brother stuff. So you know what, We're gonna go to the streets first though your hand. A
whole bunch of stuff. You know we're gonna get into. If you don't mind, you're cool with that, Oh, not a problem. I'm open book, no man. At one time, man, you was knee deep in the d game. Let's talk about it. Man. Well you know, um that was back in the day when I was a shorty. Yeah. My cousin she en't up getting signed to a recoll label. That was a cousin h did and she got signed to Recollection. What it was owned. I I want to know is every Hoover called Ghett open in the record.
She was the only artist that they ever had on the record label too. So once she did that, now maybe to be around raffles out in the bushwood deals and different stuff. And you know, he took a liking to me. And now I mean the music if I'm moving around with them and at all her shows, and that's when I said, man, I could do this. And then I just sink though background of it. But I was on the street doing my things, So the music had to sit to the side because at the end
of the day, I'm from Ankle Woods, Chicago. Yetta look that up. And you know, I just got into the money. Now that fair case I called that was later on, but you know they was late. Man I was. I was done. I was done with the game. But as I said, that's I usually happened, because that's like I said before, I ain't with some dangerous dudes. You know. So my family is my family and my friends and
my friends. So you know, they that the faiths really couldn't believe that I was out here legit making money and I'm doing all the money videos on YouTube and Facebook when people weren't really doing that. So it's like, oh, they gotta they gotta be illegal. But every every dollar I had had a paper trail to us. So it's like I wasn't worried about it, but they definitely indicted us and took this down. My cousin about to come home right now. We're working on we're working on that
right now. It is looking really good for my cousin, Morte Anderson. But yeah, man, people say it can't be done. I beat the FIDS, you know, and I ain't have to snitch. I have to do none of that, you know. And I was facing life. Let's talk about that a little bit. Now. What was the fair? It was conspiracy. It was a hair run ever see, so they said we moved like a thousand kids. And when I when I say I beat bodies, I mean that they said people O d off of hair run that we're supposed
to have the plot, you know. So they indicted us. Man. I I didn't been on my son and dad, my mom dad. I was in a coma from COVID and that FED case was the worst thing that ever happened
to me. Man. I can honestly say that it's like nothing worse than being locked up when't you know you anything, you know, and that's got to be crazy now with a lot of people don't understand about especially when it comes to um, that's one of narcotics that if somebody that's narcotics perience, if somebody happens to die off your product, you are going down for murder. You're going down for murder, You're going down for drug induced homicids. So that's crazy.
So obviously you here speaking to us, how did you get out of that? Well, you know, of course I'm in jail. Listen to everybody saying nobody beats the FIDS. Nobody beats the FIDS, And you know, at the end of the day, I can't lie. I just put it in my MoMA and my sister hands. I'm like, hey, I'm finish it in here and be the best. Uh. If I'm going to the drawing, be the best criminal. It is like the whole neighborhood and the fans anyway,
So I'm like that's what I was going with. So once they started coming first they offered me twenty years. I didn't take that. They dropped down. The team didn't take that. So now my sister and my mom like, they dropping the case, must speak with on you. So now they come down to seven, I wanna take that. They come down to five, I want to take that they offered me um so drug class. I never did drugs in my life, so I want to take that. They're offered me probation. So I called home and say,
oh no, no no, y'all hear about this probation thing. And my sister's like, man, I want to take a none of that. What kind of do it is? You? Man? You can't stay at jail for the time and fight this case. And I'm just cracking up, like ye has something else? So uh, man, I want all the way, I even take probation, and they had to dismiss it, and I can't take all the credit. My my code ds sold out saying, hey, why do y'all have beats? You know music can't get nothing to do with this,
and you know that just ate them up. So when people be like nobody can beat the fans, and yeah, I had I had a great lawyer with this, then a day, Yeah you had a great lawyer. Not to cut you off. You had a great lawyer, and you had great crimes because they kept one. Usually people don't do that. If you were in there with them, they want to keep you in there with them. It's pretty and to me, that's worse than a snitch for you
to let somebody sit in jail. And you know they didn't have nothing to do with what you had to do. You know, my cousin, my cousin monte Ak Banger, he was already in the joint. He said, they came and got him from the state Joint, said yeah, we got beats, we got DeAndre, we got walked. They showing him everybody we got and he said all I can say, well, of course somebody want to call me. Yeah, he got um. They came to the state joint to get my cousin and he said, we got beats, we got dathy. I
just had to tell us that stuff calling me. Okay, So they go to the joint to my cousin was in the state joint already. They go to get him and they tell him we got beats, we got we got a good club, we got walked. And he tell um, well, what you got beat for? You got nothing to do with this. I'm the one that sails dope. Y'all see where y'all coming to get me from. And you know, I don't think they expected him to say that. I think they thought he was gonna do anything to save
itself but you know, we're not built like that. So I literally set in jail six months because I'm gonna tell them people nothing. I want to say nothing. So my lawyer like, uh, hey, if um, if you are talk to these people, they're willing to let you out on bond. Man, I ain't talking to him. They say, no, they just want you to say you didn't know nothing, and I'll tell you what they did that in a second.
So I'm like, well, I'm not talking to him. So now was going to court and me and my cousin is talking through the sales and he's like, man, you know I thought you were smart, but you might be the dumbest dude did I ever? Man, I say what you're saying. He said, All they want you to do is say you didn't know we were selling drugs and you can go home that man, are you nuts? And I'm like yeah, I'm like, man, but I don't want to tell y'all up with enough. How are you gonna
tell us up there you don't know nothing? Now, the reason they did that, the reason they wanted me to do that because they really got caught in the facade of seeing me with the cars, the money and the different stuff because I'm promoting the rap. So they snatched me up and they find out I'm a hundred percent legit. So when that one when when I um, when they dismissed my case, they made me sign that I want to sue them for mother this is prosecution. They wanted
me to say. I don't want to be say like, yeah, they're my cousins. They was hanging with me, doing security, happing with the label whatever. They just wanted to say that they didn't just pick me up for no reason. You know what I'm saying that they're good like to them that I was the head of the drug organization and you know that's that's how I beat the case. Oh that's crazy. And then um, so when you got out, you jumped straight back into the music. But it's correct. Well,
I actually I was more behind the scenes. At first. I had a partner who I had no paperwork on him, so I can't say. But when we got the fair case, he just disappeared and I'm like, hey, ain't nothing wrong with that. I ain't mad at him. But then when I got out, you'll never got in touch with him. So I'm like, what is this dude? Doing like this is what we've been building. So you know, everybody said he was working. But then after that, man, I just
I just really got to it. Um project patting Delhi Daddy doesn't really showed me how to get to it, and I just really got to it. Yeah. I want to say something real quick, shout out to the whole three six mafia. You know, I do a lot of stuff with a lot of people, man, but y'all showed me all so much's hospitality man for Frenchy, black Man, the gangs to boot just everybody else. I wish I would have went to the first is yeah, because you know you was good if you want. But you know,
that's when that C word. I don't like saying no here, but that's when that T word was stick around and everything. And I wasn't trying to go catch it again. I ain't mad at you. I wasn't trying to go catch it again. But you was. You do a lot of work with them, right Oh yeah, yeah, definitely, uh definitely proct pat I kind of I had to slow down with Crunchy though. Man, what's going on with Crunchy? That's the homie man, He's crazy, is all get out. But
that's the homie. Though. What was having with crunch I don't know, man, I had I had to stop dealing with him man because he was I mean, hey, when you don't want to pay me, I can't work with you. Man. It's just it's just that simple, you know. Good guy. Though. If I wanted to do a versus one of my friends or whatever, you'll do it. Interviews, He'll do it. But when it comes time to pay me. You think what I do when work no money, and it's like,
you can't be coming, man, We're splitty. Then when it's time to pay, when the money come, I gotta hear these stories, you know. And it ain't even like it was a bunch of money. It was just the principle, you know. So it's like, I'm gonna have to let you do your thing. Man. I feel with that man, But you kept the relationship to step upen with him? Yeah, yeah, well you know I can't. I came running through a project path, so you know, I was with Juicy. He
had a show bu team weekend. I was out there with Juice B. It's like they weren't even messing with Crunchy when I started messing with him. Then once I started messing with Crunchy, that's when they started messing with Crunchy. And so you know I wasn't the best. I just can't deal. Well, let me ask you this, man, because three six Mafia is actually one of my favorite groups. Man Proops always had wicked projunction. Man always just had
some real ground breaking music. Working with people like them got to be aheaded because this seems like them dudes are in seventh party mode all the time. However, just how their music sound, that's how most how they're living life to extreme right. Uh. I just say Crunchy is that you don't have a good I can't take that away from Clunty, Juicy and Paul. I ain't never seen nothing but the business side of them all day. A Project Pat's just a real O. G what Pat is
out there? And I know Pat Love of West Coast. I ain't got to catch up with him yet, but I know you Love without Project back. You see, I'm only with your Uncle Beats man. I need that interview though, you know what I'm saying, y'all here here first of my man Uncle Beat say he gonna make it happen. You know what I'm saying, things like my connect back to the Midwest and to the South. He did the most powerful dudes down there. Okay, wee, we'll make that happen,
you know that. Help Now, I have to say I got of wrappers ideal with straight business. But when it comes to Kelly Pitts on the West coast from the Cartail you, I'm fraud Pat damn my brothers man, it just ain't no, it ain't no way around it. You know. It's like we check on each other and we don't even be talking about no music stuff like That's that's real family right there. Yeah, speaking of Central Cartail and the homies right there, y'all gonna be seeing them on
here again real soon. There's some good cats, man. They don't down and they don't get the recognition they deserved sometimes. You know what's crazy about that? Like I was just looking at when I was at in l A. When I'm at the Wars, I'm like, everybody is wearing their hair night cowth Central Cartiag is the way they here, Like all the guys got to the single braises though, Like wow, they started that, you know what I'm saying. It's like like you say, they don't they don't get
the recognition. Yeah, they don't know some the recognition. So you got some recognition to one another way, man, you wrong, I don't know. Everybody remembers Jerry Springer and Steve Wilkos and all that was cracking on there where they just had the baby Daddy. They was exposing baby Daddy's back in the day, like like forty going North. How did you wind up on that show? Man? Well, I ended up on Steve Wilkos. I'm I'm glad you've brought that up because I'd like to speak on that any chance
I get now, I brought that up. I ended up on Steve Wilkos because, uh, lady name Alexas Scott came up missing. This is two weeks after she came out to Vegas to a birthday party, I mean a bachelor party that one of my people was having with a stripper. The scripper said, hey, I want to bring one of my homies, like you can bring that, I I don't care. So the bachelor party end up getting canceled because dude, you bring this his fiance and her brad'smaids over to
the house. We have an a basket party. My man, you ain't having a basket party. So they end up really just coming out there to hang out because it got shut now so they weren't kicking it with some dudes and one of the and that's left with one of the dudes don't want to Sacramento. Her buddy called buddy, hit me that man, come pick me up. I don't know where Vexas went. So later that day she hit
her up and said, yeah, I wanted to Sacramento. And I'm like, I wish you ratter figure something out because I'm going to um Costa Rica when I get back to Chicago. I'm not feeling miss my plane for her, Like, that's pretty far the way she even went through. That's like being in Chicago and somebody, oh, I'm in Memphis, come pick me up. I'm like, oh, I don't know. You better figure that out. So she end up having a terrible experience when she was down there and Sacramento
dude trying to pamper out of whatever it was. But she came back home. But then when she came up missing from a house in Peoria, Illinois to what I was outside of Chicago, some kind of way they're telling the lady Mama that I had something to do with it, that I had got her kidnapped because some money came
up missing when she was in Vegas. Five daughters, Like none of this makes sense, but the police taught me about this, and you know, this is one time I want to talk to the police without a go a. Yeah, I know not because I was just so I was so appalled that somebody would even put me in this, you know, So I think they thought I was gonna come down there and was like, yeah, I'm acquired. Boy. I said, yeah, I hang with gangsters. But they ain't
kidding that. No, broad like what y'all got me here? Fun? You know? So honestly I was It's funny how God works. God is amazing. I'm right with one of my female friends and I tell like, I'm really gonna have done everything in life? Did I set out to do? Plus more?
I'd say the only thing because I don't like having to my kidnapped this girl on my name phone Ringers Steve Wilkos like instantly like that, and They're like her mom wants you to come on the show, and I'm like, no problem, Like how much you're paying me and we ain't paying people like, well, like I gotta pay me. So we worked that out. I went on the show. I said, I'm only gonna I'm gonna answer whatever questions the mama wants me to act, and I passed it.
I passed the test. Offered to help them and pay for a private investigator or whatever they were trying to get one, not from you. Just test is wrong, Like yeah, but you're the one who had me come on here. I didn't hear you come on here. I passed the test on that plot, but it's like never, like why would I Why would I kidnap a female? If don't make sense? But I'm not mad. So they asked you on National TV because that's a big show. Yeah, National TV,
it's worldwide. You could have low key suit and you know when we could go to that clip real. Let's find that clip real quick, man, And I'm pretty sure we gotta be online, right if you put up Uncle Beach, Steve Wilko's in the pop up. I'm about to pull this on here, y'all, We're about to see my man. He was asking you on there, So let me ask you. Let me ask you. This man it's it really like it when you see it on TV. Yeah, it was.
It was real. When I ain't gonna lie, they did asked me to go cursed out and stuff like that. I'm like, I'm not going to do that. You know they they tried to, so when she was coming at me, I kind of knew they told her to do that. Other than that, yeah, everything, Um, we're not fake about it, even even with the other people's stories. It was there when I was there at my faith, all right, for sure. We'd about to take it on me. I'll see you on there. Hold on, let me see something. You are
a liar, my daughter from cold was she? Hold you had nothing to do nothing that time without kidding nobody, Yeah, I had nothing to do with her come out, and I did a lot of stuff. But I'm not kidding that. Nobody's friend. You'll set my face part of me I thought a hundred because of the truth of Ball, who said nothing to me. You are a liar. You are Ball. You took my daughter. You know what. She couldn't get anything out there, she funny. She was getting for her
crazy something. Why are you everybody I can drop take I want she was dropped the bad men very I don't even need her there, but she can't right to tell you, But I just like to she car yea me ticket at that town. She want to run on the show town some no one that's all right to talk to him well to bay one. I'm put some still down for you. Ain't crazy, Craig, I put the straight party. She short, craizy. I don't know. We got never talk about when we do have something about cla
out crazy some other people. I got you a kid, I craise you. Yeah, you don't not in the man. My daughter sound Craig, and you tell me you bost I never got talking to I tell you call me really like a hell hard. I tell to hard, you call live well? Proof you got proof for note of this. The only reason I haven't lanced that you're on Facebook, that you people see you as a little you know people you want that you don't like to go with the girl ahead. You'll be jelling you ever thought about that?
Nothing that day to you that you get involved with her daughter. Her daughter hit me up on Facebook trying to see what's up because I smelled good, look good, and I lived good and she wants to be on the money trying. She came at me at the studio one time. She had a little girl with her. It looked like she was at the age she put out an ad she still was funny. I said, I still don't want hm to do with her. I have got you.
Another time she hit me up again. Tell me how she makes so much money being a prostitute, make three thousand a day. I said, why everybody should be a prost thee yeah, she said she and can I get a hotel? I say, hey, I don't do none of that. I just need dances to come on tour with us and sell merchandise. Do you want to do that? She said no? So I had no youth for How did you did you buy her a ticket to Vegas? The
way I end up at her ticket. I booked a stripper to come to a basket party and she said, I want to bring my friend. So I said, well she could come if she buy her own ticket. I showed her MoMA in the whole world of inboxes, what I'm telling her to value your own ticket if you want to come. She said she don't have a debit card, and I told I would pay cash. I would pay for it, and you can give me the money when you get the Vegas. And did she give you the money?
She didn't, she said something, did you? Yeah, they stayed at the crib that I had. I didn't even stay there. I was at a condo, but there was a bunch of people at the house. The next morning. One of the guys said somebody stole his five hundred dollars, which I figure was a guy because everybody was gambling and he probably just he landed on her. So I bought tickets for her and her friends and and nothing mentioned. I spent more the foun hundred dollars on the tickets.
They didn't when it's time ago, because they went out that night and Alexis text her friend and said she's in Sacramento. I said, well, she got a problem because I got a places I gotta be on two there. I'm not staying in Vegas wait for no grown person to come back. So the girl was crying, They're gonna say that that's on you. The tickets can be changed. I'm going home and probably uh. A month later, I hear she comes up missing. When the police hit my
line and I'm like, what are you talking about? With the question you about Well, now they called me or they called you, then I'm out. That's enough for that, right there. No, that had to be that had to be a crazy feeling man be on that show. Was that that he just got all up your face and everything, man like, like, how did you feel when you saw our moms? Um? I really was happy that. Um we was there in the test went on because I know I was gonna pass the test. So they gave you
a tech your test. Yeah, they gave us a glad to text the test, and I was just hoping she was at me help her after I passed the test, and she didn't. You just now they called me the lady she had having a business for. She called me afterwards and was like, uh, yeah, were you still was going to help us and get the uh private investigator.
I think they needed like ten thousands, And I was like, yeah, I'm going to do that if she go and apologized to me on Facebook and stuff publicly, the same way to apologize to me, she was accusing you was amazing stuff, dog, Yeah, like stuff that you can go to jail for. Yeah, Like she could have got you locked up, dog, because first of all, you know you see somebody's mama and that he was in the real like crazy emotional stated but like, man, you know her daughter was missing. We
just understandable. But she looked like she already had it made up in her mind that you had something to do with that. Yeah, and it's like before that I detect the test. People really was like they don't know if out it did it or not. So it's like to me, it was just it was just dangerous because yeah, like I told them police, I say, hey, man, yeah that like this lady say this stuff. I'm going to protect myself to the fullest of my capabilities if somebody
run up on me and they out of order. And it's like because me, if somebody in my family came by missing, I couldn't see the person who's getting the cues, you know, I couldn't see the person who's getting the cue. And before the Steve Wilko stuff, I was at an l a feeling good. I'm on the rooftop, so I hadn't responded to none of this stuff that they were saying about me. So I do alive and I'm talking about it, and I'm just I'm a little graphic with it.
And um, somebody in her family hit me up like, hey man, I don't know what's going on, but it just hurt to hear somebody talking about my family members like this. So everything I put up about it, I took it down, you know, because it's like I feel them. Yeah I could feel that too, But that lady was in the room. But I think where I thought her at. My biggest issue with her is that she didn't apologize to you once she found out the truth. When she found out the truth, she should have went up there,
just like she publicly exiled you. She should have went up publicly and say, you know what I was wrong. I apologize to this man. Yeah, and that that never happened now. The person who worked for she did. But you you're not. You want the one on the TV, you're not. That's not because as quick as she went into a monitor, she should have came back to apologize
to you in the same man. That's it. And I think people would have would have looked at I think because I think people look at her different for not apologize and about it. You know. So yeah, it was unbreasonable, But I definitely hope, I definitely hope they find her, and I don't. I don't think nobody did nothing to work us. It's been, like I want to say, since like en and that's six years, right, and I just can't the dude that they're accusing of kidnapping her and
all that. I just can't see them being that capable to get rid of somebody's body and not get caught. I just can't see that. Yeah, that's crazy. So you know, just to go back, just to make sure I got clarity on everything. She was in Las Vegas with you, but it trailed off the Sacramento exactly. See once they do that, man, because that's that's a long way way, man, Sacramento is a long way from That's a long way. You know, they're both on the West, but that's ways
a way. Though. Once her France told me she got what a ice came, dude was a long hair. I said she was pimp. And now that's that's never got her out. Once you say light skin do with along here just when you hear alone here from the Bay type, but from the Bay, I'm just like, well, man, you know, me being the father dog and having a daughter, I sincerely hope that she's alive and well, but more than likely she's up there on her own accord. Dog, She's up there because she wants to be there. Yeah, and
you know that's that's what I think. So you know, I hope she uh come on home song. Now, how did that impact you in your life and everything? Because it's not like you know, when you're on the show like Steve will coos Man and What's the Other Cat? Maury Povich and all the mother dudes Back in the day they used to pretty much show those train wreck on TV. Why do you want to show like that? Dog? Is kind of hard to live your regular life, man,
because you've become a public figure, so to speak. Well, yeah, see one thing, I think that through the Lady Off. Around the same time, we had our girl Nankanica Jenkins in Chicago that they died in a freezer at the hotel party and there was a bunch of mystery around that too, and they were really dogging her friends out.
So what I what I think they expected with people started coming saying, yeah, he pipped me out before and and and stuff like that, And I want to visit one of my one of my ex girlfriends in jail, and she was just looking at me like a diner here, like, so I'm like, man, what is this food doing? One called me and nothing no more. Yeah, I had to
do like sixty days and stuffing like that. So when she gets out of jail, she's like, man, yeah, but but police came and see me and said you were scared to visit and to get you to talk about this Alexis case and all this stuff, and I'm like wow. So then it was like they were it was women who would say the police were pulling them over acting about me, get me, getting getting them to say that I pimped them and stuff like that. So you know,
they were trying to get me on everything. And this is after I then beat the FED case already, So they really do a god to try and take a black brother down. So like right now, I just I just trying to stay on the straight in there on anybody that you will know. You know me, I tell you that man, he just do the do the music stuff and do real estate and stay out the way. Yeah for sure. Now I gotta ask you this, man, because I'm from the Midwest though you know, I'm from Cleveland,
all right, Cleveland, Detroit, Chicago. Outside of you know the gangster stuff. Man, it's known for pimping, right, have you ever been involved in the game? And then in the confessed not the I was going to tell yourself, but well, I'm I'm I was around the pimp them. But me what I did, well, I through script shows. Okay a through script shows. So like it was enough for me to have thirty dances come to the club and they all pay me the scrip and I'm charging at the door,
Like that's what That's what I always been into. It's still going on to this day. Yeah, I mean I still put the script show together. I even put a male script show together, so it doesn't matter. So it's like, but by me doing that, it got me the first signer of being a pimp, you know that that got that got people like, oh, beats the pimp you got there?
So no, I never, really, I never. I just don't see how pimp have a good I to tell you the truth, because it's like I ain't dealing with the woman I got, so I have to deal with uh, a whole bunch of women women attitude that all the time. I just don't see how how pimper could win. But you know, shouts out to the visual. I was just with man at Tusimo when we was in um l A at the BT Awards. But no, man, but I've been around the Pampa. I gotta say, I hang around
some dudes. I've been around some dudes. You know. Are you back at the creabile? You still like in l A. I know I'm in the shot. I just I just came back to the morning. You came back this morning, boy, you'd be moving around. Hey. Working. I'm gonna go to that uh m c A to Spice One. Got a concert tomorrow, so I'm gonna go up there and check that out. Yeah, shout out to my co ho. See, I told you all, I wouldn't line. I told y'all eight was on the road and I've actually gotta not
got a bunch of episodes. We gotta record like probably like nine episodes next week though, because he's going, you know, the summertime and he's starting to go on his touring and stuff, and James out there with his grandkids. So I'm like the self mind sold to night. Man. You know what I need to do, though, Man, I need to connect with you man to come down to Chicago. Man, and do some stuff. Man, wet there any time, because you know, it's a it's a lot of ustoke untold
stories you need to be told. You know, it's it's a lot of us untold stories that need to be told because you know, all I do sometimes just look up people paperwork. That's one thing that I like about Facebook. People real names be out there. So if there's a guy who just what claimed to be something, I just always look him up. And it's it's a lot of it's a lot of third rold catch, it's a lot of questionable cast. But Chicago is the place to be. I know eight and I'm gonna have a good show.
I remember when I was young and one very Roogle was throwing the concerts at eight came. I remember one time, you know, he was showing everybody up. He wasn't scared or nothing. And it's like when he was one of the biggest stars in the world too. So he is loved in Chicago, dog, you know Chicago, man, New York, in the Midwest, Man, they love eight out there, man,
they love him. I was on the security and the DC head came this after he this after he had his accident and he was like, man, it's the last place I perform and eight let him rock the mic. You know, it was like that was legendary, man, that that was history. Yeah, for sure, he is very man. You know, like you said, a lot of people don't know. That's why we had the one cat come up with the man against you know what this ship. Man, they get messy marks. Sometimes you get people coming up. We
just just any damn thing. And I know all people had to say eight name. I said, Man, did you know how much is we loved in Chicago? I stayed, I'm trying to clear that up. Now, them is definitely my people that was talking about him. But man, I just I'm sorry. Man, I I had a fair case. I have to see that right. I have to see him right because I know people get bitter and they just stopped even I just said in the beginning, I said, my ex homie disappear. I can call him a snitch
all day long. Everybody, everybody in the street is calling him a snitch. But I haven't seen his name. And no paperwork. If there's some people that paperwork doesn't matter, it do matter, and paperwork you gotta see somebody's name on something. Before you just do it all other salt. That's why I don't even get into that, man, because it's one of the things to me, if I'm not involved in the case and ain't nobody telling them me, it ain't none of my business though, because people will
get there what y'all don't understand up there. It's cute to play them look games online, calling people rats and all that, but somebody would bust your head open the streets were not and the penitentiary they'll put a knife for saying somebody that snitched on you and you ain't got no paperwork. But you know this this gangster thing. Man, I've been I was in it from the beginning then since a child. And it's so distorted, and it's so like I don't understand how people worship people did they've
been to the contential. I just don't get that to me, like there's nothing to brag about. That's like it's no different than coming out of the casino, Like, man, I was off to me. That's like you didn't win, and I I'm I'm gonna tell you not to cut you off, bro down. Unfortunate thing about the area that we live in. It's almost like a write of passage for a young man to become, to go to jail and come out and become an old sheet. It's the most ridiculous thing ever, man.
But that's the mindset of some of these people because they don't know no better. That's why we need to start changing the narrative of the stuff. It ain't cool, it ain't flyting with the jail. What else fly. It's for you to live your life. Go out, get educated, go find you a career, whatever it is that you went too, and find do some positives that you're life. That's what it els. Man. But but like I say, it's like it's these people who never did nothing and
never been no situation they did. They living through rap zone and they think that's how real life here. Like when I was in jail. That's the only time I've been to jail too with my fair case, because I still have the six ft for six months before I bought it out. And people are telling me what they're in jail for, and I'm telling them today's face. I'm like, you're in the right place, and I hope they keep you with the book. I hope you do a lot of time. I'm telling them this in jail, and they
faced like it was some dudes. They were robbing phone stores and you know, at first of life, who robs the phone store? And I'm like, yeah, couldn't have been making no money? Like, no, man, when you get a hundred I phones and a hundred galaxies and you gotta fencive taken through. That's the sixties, severything about it. I'm like, oh, I never looked at it like that. And I'd say, so, let me ask you this. If I'm in it in the phone store paying my phone, be or buying the phone,
and I got my daughter with me, how does that work? Yeah, I gotta get in the back like everybody else. You're gonna put the strap on you. And I'm like yeah, and I hope they give you life in prison for going around doing that for people. And I'm in jail telling this, and it's like, I don't see how people don't understand when I hear people go, I want with jail on my work in you know, some people need
to be there. But the gangsters make this thing the only child molesters and rapist to be in jail, And that's just nuts. And you know some of these people are scumb man, Yes, a lot of there's a lot of people. It's like this scum man in this area that were in. That's all you go. Here is a bunch of talking on line. Man. You hear a bunch of cats talking to them nothing about nothing. They ain't you know when you come to this ain't nothing that happened.
It's just all this. So the best thing to do, man, is just to really mind your own man, you live. Because another thing about the snitching, Another thing about the snitching, I ain't gonna lie. I wasn't mad at nobody in my case who was lying on me trying to get
out of jail, because man, it's something. It's something when they tell you when you're in the encourt and the judge like twenty of those life on this charge, twenty of the life on this charge, twiny of the guys, and I'm just like, damn, I gotta be a real surreal feeling. Though. Man, you're sitting up, you're listening to that man that rod tell you that you're probably going to be in jail for the next twenty or thirty years. That's no life. I'm not making. No imagine every scenario up.
This really happen at the me and I'm looking at my mama, looking at my kids, like damn, I'm looking at the right in prison. The twentye is bad, but I'm like twenty I watched my mama cry and I'm just like, man, this is this is real. But this
is the ice on the cake. Though though this is the real ice on the cake, you possibly go through the rest of your life and sho or some stuff you didn't do that I didn't do what you didn't do, and you gotta keep your mouth shut about it, you know what I'm saying that, But you gotta keep your mouth shut about it. Now. That's what I chose to do. But I get it, man, there's people in there telling them their mama. Everybody ain't cut for it. Though everybody
ain't cut everybody and I cut for it. That's why I'm gonna tell you something. That's why I'm square. It's about to cereal and don't have no change saying that. Megan's I'm not going to Yeah, I'm not doing it all right. Really, the reason I know one why my lot cousin Beyondre was on the case with me and him on the same tail block. So I'm telling them
a man, dog, I'm going to trial. And you're like, man, you think you should do that because and I'm like you, twenty four you could do twenty years and come back. I'm not finna do no. I might will take life, but I'm finna get t one years that even if you do, who they want to go to jail for twenty years, you get out to forty four years old. Right, the quality of woman's kind of too late at that point to start of family unless you get a woman
that's a little bit younger than you. You see what I'm saying, Why, like your life is over almost I got four five of my guys around meeting and it's nothing to them. They come back and get right in, get right back to it. But now some of them catching cases still they don't like it. They like they act like two years now that they're older, now that they're in the fifties, two years might as well be as I think I'm in my fifties. Dog, Well, I'm not trying to go spend month. I'm not trying to
go spend the day. I need all of my time, dog, because we don't have this. But I tell all my homeboys, right, like you know with our company, right, I tell like this, I don't care what we do or what you want to do and support y'all. What if that's just not waste no time? Because when I have the time that we think you have, that's why you don't see me here arguing with these clowns. That's why you don't see me out here playing those games nobody, because I don't
have time for it. I'm constantly a mash mode dog. You know what I'm saying. What we'll see what you're doing. See the streets are so focused. One time, I'm talking to my brother and he's a school teacher. He was straight up in the street, I know you're getting all type of money, like, man, I'm gonna go to Pilot to be a teacher. And I'm like, are you crazy? You get money right now? Man? This this ain't this ain't gonna as forever. And he sold all his cards
and stuff. I hated him for it and what the college and became a teacher And now that's what are you're doing to this day. But I remember him telling me, You're like, man, you're gonna eat the work hard where you're wrong work hard when you're old, and working hard when you're old, and what's up. So I'm saying this is like like me, I never really work for nobody, So when I get fifty five, fifty five, I don't have no pension. So it's like, that's why I hustle.
I got hustle. That's why you see me all over because I'm trying to stack money and buy property. That's that's what I didn't figure out what I'm gonna do and flip property. And when I obnously see I'm working on my retirement right now, I'm not. I'm an old man because I'm gonna take your big thing right now what they're doing. And I'm gonna tell you all content creators out here now, don't sell your catalog to nobody
because they will come and ask them for it. But don't don't give it up because there's a lot of history. I hear, it's a lot of history and stories and everything. And that's the thing right now, man, with this content. And I see it, you know, because I've been doing this for seven eight years bro before it became a fad. Right what you're seeing knowledge, they're come and trying to
buy people's catalog. They're back catalog. Dog. I had somebody offered me, I think half a million dollars and go for some of our old stuff, And I said, I thought about it, though I ain't gonna lie money. I don't know it ain't really it ain't really know money, man. You know because by the time you get it checked like that, man, a few years later, you're back in the same spot you was. And for some people that don't understand how money worked in the worst spot because
not all these taxes right. Well, you know what, I know what I love. I love the p PP home thing and what a because you have so many people that thing like, man, if I DIDs, oh my life's gonna be. This is gonna be that. It's like, ain't no money, man, that's not no money. It ain't no money. And it's like I'm watching people like rescue Peace of my son. He was like one of the P P
P scammers, you know what I'm saying. So that's that's all he was doing, was you know this, this that, And I'm like, man, you gotta do something with that money because how long ago and passed away. He He died July twenty four last year. God your family dog that got a yard. Though, Man, I'm gonna tell you the truth. Man. It's like we have such a good relationship and I and he really got to give his life. So I'm not gonna say I like it, but I accepted.
And he died in a car accident being high, fell asleep, crashed into a tree. But I'll I ever told him, we don't let these brogs be your demand, So I know I told him this. So it's like I I really can't crip off like you. He made a choice, you know. At his funderal, I said, hey, he's dead because he wanted to clop pills and stuff. So y'all need to think about that. For you get behind the will driving high or drunk or whatever. Everybody got drunk
at the repass and still droves. It's just like people just don't believe. But yeah, man, it's like hopefully when I'm saying a register to somebody, to my son everywhere when he went, we all have to come free all this stuff. And he was only twenty four, but hey, he wanted to do them grugs. That's saying he lost his life so young man, you know at that point, man, you only just really figuring it out. Bro. I'm gonna tell you right now, I think the average man don't
really figure it out today thirty. Bro. That's why I hate seeing these shorties going down for the time they do, because they're not even who they're not even who they're gonna be yet. Man, they're four years old. What they think in their mind right now, their minds say, well, be so so different just for that next five years. Dog, it's ridiculous. So you put a man in the jail for the rest of their life at that age, Man,
they never become what they were supposed to be. Well, I'm not I'm not gonna high I'm not religious, but I'm really very spiritual. And when I don't caught that fair case, I feel like God put me in there to talk to somebody or just to have it and see, Oh my homies wanted the pen, all of them did.
I didn't, though, And it was just like sometimes when you're trying to talk to dudes, well, you ain't ever been to jail, you don't know what it's like or whatever, whatever foolishness, But I'm in now, I'm watching dudes custo wee cold cases. You want to come back to the cell block and cry for me about what they're doing to you. But when y'all all go out the core, y'all slapping hairs and all that, like you, you should be telling everybody's like, man, this is messed up. I
didn't messed up my life. And I honestly because I thought that case man, I wasn't doing nothing but flurging, spending money all the time. Most of us ain't doing then because I always be again when you cut your case six, okay, and I wasn't doing nothing. I'm gonna tell you, I ain't gonna say I never was a bumbass dude, you know what I mean. But me and my fifties, I'm a way better man. I was in my thirties and a way better man I was in my twenties, for damn sure. You know, I think you
just kind of just start figuring it out, man. I think your sense of urgency become you get it more of a sense of urgency to get stuff done. You know, you don't have the time to sit around and kick it and do dumb ship and loan money, you know what I'm saying. So you get a dime. Now you try to hold onto it. I'm more likely now whereas back in the day, man, when I was younger, I get it. I could have checked. Dog, I'm going to buy a new car. I'm gonna get some rams, go
buy a thousand dollar pair of glass. I don't care about none of that. Now, I don't care about nothing. I'm putting money up because, like you said, when you're your own boss, you don't have no for one can wait before you said you gotta kind of put up man as you go along, you know, Yeah, well you know at strong point, now I gonna lie COVID kind of change my way of thinking and kind of changing my way of thinking from COVID head, I couldn't make
no money off to wrap at all. Yeah, that's when you saw all these dudes getting the podcasts podcast popping up. Sit in the house, I said, in the house, I fixed my credit. I never even cared about my credit for my mama bell mere about it. I care less. So now I'm telling my sister was like, hey, I got a little money, but it's gonna go fast. I gotta figure out something. And she she's like, hey, you should you just start masking property with that and flipping
it in and I got off into that. But here I am. This is only in two thousand twenty when I when I started, But that's right there made me say like, hey, if I leave this earth today, what am I leaving? You know? What am I leaving for my kids? And different stuff? So that that just made me start moving different and hearing what my brother said, you're gonna work hard when you're young, or work hard when you go. So that that's why I don't man moving on like people don't know. Man, I hate going
to parties. I hate it. I don't smoke, I don't drink. I hate me and out they I go to sleep early because I get up early and do real business, you know. So it's like, but I know that I have to do this to to have my exit plan straight. It's like it ain't no different when I was in the drug game. I remember I told uh my oldest daughter Mama said, hey, I'm going to stop doing all this stuff. I'm saying, get a studio with all that. She said, So you're saying you're gonna try like being
a music business. I'm like, yeah, I'm just taking my money and do that she say, Okay, well I'm gonna leaving you, and she left. You know what I'm saying. But even back then, I was just thinking I'm my exit plan and you're like, ha ha, look at me, now look at you. And that's but that's the thing about a woman, though. Man. If a woman is not in your plan, what you're dun't believing what you're doing, they can almost they can almost sure stop your goals.
You know what I'm saying. If you listen to that ship, they can cut you off. So you gotta you gotta definitely have a woman that's on board with your dog or it ain't going you definitely. But but I I respect her to this day. We were y'all. But at least she did that and then't stay in my way. She kept real and she got on. She said, Hey, if you don't do this stuff, I'm leaving you because I'm gonna tell you, man, in a woman's defense, some of these dudes I here talk about they're going to music,
ain't got no business rapping. Get your ass a job and take care of your family. Because I think we're happen before y'all have cats Mann forty years. Oh we'll talk about man listening to my demo now, I'm not talking about the brothers who's been doing it for a while, though I believe I don't think we got no retirement age to it necessarily, you know what I mean. But you just can't decide at the age of for you, I'm gonna become a rapper. Well, here here's the problem.
Just like what you're doing with the podcast, all this originated from hip hop, so you gotta find other stuff to do. Exactly a rapper. You just got to like my mom day, my man, my daddy was talking. My daddy is so funny, but sometimes be done the straight truth. And he was talking about Smokey Robinson. He was like, but here, I am like twentysothing listening to them say this, and You're like, man, don't nobody want to see No
who want to see somebody old? He's like, see what you're gonna do when that rap stuff when you get old? And I'm like, man, he got a point. I don't nobody want to see these dudes when they get People ain't going to see Curtis blow right now. And I'm like, man, I gotta bro I think he was a certain people like Curtis blow us up for or Father Rap, you know what I mean. I think he got certain times where he can go to the old school festivals. Like
I still go to a big Daddy King concert. I still go see bou Chain, you know, I want to meet his big daddy keep going down. Yeah. But like, um, it's like this, like I would love to see Willie Deeve and scar Face hook up and do some more music together. I think it's just certain stuff that's cool, you know what I mean. But you have to remember, I'm a promoter, and ten years ago that old school stuf from where was that? Now you got the old school rabbits making just as much if the new school
was when they go out. You know what I'm saying ten years ago? Let me ask you this, dog, since since you are a promoter, who you think the hottest ticket from the West coast? He is right now in the Midwest, from the West coast in the Midwest. Yeah, Like who could you book right now and sell out every day that you do? We'll make money on every day. Um. I can say this. I can say this. This might have a lot of people like what is this that
we're talking about? They had a concert here in Chicago and the headline of was Kendrick Lamar and it was like Future somebody else is gonna probably go booshie or something. After Future performed half the crowd though, Yeah, Future like that with that music then not against Kendrick. Future got them head knockers, dough he got that club music. Dog.
I'm just saying up this way, if it ain't about if it ain't about getting high, That's what I was gonna say to that West that's the Midwest and South, dog, Ye West and South like real grammy gangster ship though, because like the boy, the boy blue Face, they're come out for him. They come out got a follow Yeah, we like somebody what real lyrics? When you know what you know what's crazy? Dog, I'm gonna tell you something
that's real. Ill right spice one m c a uh the dog fight them dude is gonna be able to go out and get money forever. Yeah, for the rest of their life, go out forever, because don't do steak what they made. They made classics. Let's see you. Like I said, they fans just got older though. Yeah, for real, we can't. We can't relate to what they who want to be the concert what they what their granddad, you know what I'm saying. So now that they fans older,
we gotta go this into something. So I hadn't been on the old school tours with Scarface and Too Short and they're packing arenas now, yeah, you think this thinking about it like this, I'm my fitties dog. You know what's in my playlist right now. Let's project black chees and dope, Scarface to Diary even his new one, my boy my boy EP executive produced that one. To the latest album Scarface put out and then it was hard. It's probably his best album. Yeah. The root of the
album one deeply rooted Scarface put Yeah. Good latest album Dog and that's pretty much the extensive dog poun I'm gonna tell you go be able to make money forever. It was like the biggest rapper on the planet. A lot of people don't give us prop. Snoop Dog, Oh Snoop Oh Yeah, come out man. Snoop is the O man. Yeah. Snoop is like an icon dog. He all over the world. And I'm gonna tell you how I knew it was levels of this me and big Psych Rest in peace. That was my dog big tyrus Man. You know two
fox right here. Man, so we in dubaib Man. I go down to the hotel to the the laundry room, you know, to try cleaning things. And I'm picking up some stuff and Letty just say, oh, you have very nice shirts like she says, nice material. What do you do? I said, entertainment right and she says, M rap music. I said yes. She said, I don't know much rap, but I know Snoop Dogg he dog He's my favorite. And it's Letty had to be about seventy some years over here. Let me know, I said, Man, Snoop getting
all the money. You know somebody else they sleep all though? Was that people sleep on bone oh no bonus iconic dog boning icons. And I think if they ever decided to and buckle down dog and decided to just really put an album together, I think that they're having another platinum out. They're still cold around. One show you're never gonna see. That would have never happened because how much with the ticket coast see the west coast, get the
props south east. But tell me this, at the Heights, you would have never been able to see Nellie eminem R Kelly Boone, Kanye that would have never happened. On one ticket, it would have never happened. Now these other places you can get a West coast concert would have got a heavy hitters. You can get it down South concert what have got a heavy hitters, But that never would have happened with the Dead West. We had some of the biggest people to do it. And it's less
like everybody act like they don't see that dog. I'm gonna tell you this right now, and I know I'm gonna get a bunch of inboxes, but don't do it, because I got facts the biggest artists in the world from the Midwest, who you know when you think about the dog, we think about it now you think about the pig sign then, But don't give me no stuff about him. And I'm not being this that boys. Sales and records, Yeah, but now big Sean you got Tech nine and selling millions of records. Now now you got
all of them. Chica, Detroit got that little Bay area SOIGND going out them little was out there selling records. Yeah, look at them, look at yeah. Can get West West. That's what I'm saying. But man, I appreciate you something on here with me, Man, and we have to do a part too. Anytime you have to show to another part to it, I might ask, yeah, you connect that Chicago run you and other homies. So I've come up there for a few weeks and just get everybody on things.
I got a whole bunch homies I want to talk to. And I keep telling you I'm not doing everything remote like I want to get you live. Dog. Well, now you're coming in July. You want your brodaa interview, come in and I have about when I come back to my white next week. Dog, I'm there. I'm gonna saying I'm gonna send you to date for Pad to be up here with me showing me the date. Man might do Brian and take that flight out there. Okay, I'm saying to tell your numbers up for your brother ash Shore.
Let me check us out. Then that concludes another episode against the Chronicles podcast. I appreciate the homeboy. Uncle Beats stop to the city and sitty in with me. Beats, give me your information, dog, wa they can go tap in with you at Man. You can find me any well, Uncle Beats. You know I got a I got music, I got videos, I got interviews, I got everything. Look up Uncle Beats on all social media. I'm coming up, yeah, for sure. And he connected with every damn body in
the world. If I don't know Uncle Beats, no, that's for damn sure. And we out of here. Let's get it all right,
