First and foremost of all, nothing is written in. The only thing is written in is your signature when you signed your name after you took a knowledge of taking a plea deal or whatever. It does not sign your name as the defendant. It's not signed in.

It's tight in. Case numbers are not written in. Case numbers are liped in. Okay, I have paperwork, old paperwork on my cases, and I'm quite sure anybody else who has the case you know what I'm talking about, because I've seen people in the comments that I went in certain places, the comments was there and then they were deleted. What people saying, Yo, this ain't real paperwork. Know, this paperwork is faith. So I said, wait a minute. If this paperwork is bogus, let you know, let me look

up this case number. The case number they had on the bogus page case the case number they had on the bogus paperwork. I looked it up. There was no case to it. So I'm like, wait a minute, there's no case but through it saying this is the case. So I said, okay, let me type in his name and Pacer. I went to Pacer. Bam, it pops up the paperwork I saw got the paperwork. I'm like, whoa, okay, well, a lot of this page this paperwork is not saying adding up to what he's saying on these interviews. So

I'm like, something just ain't right with this. And so that's when I made sure that you guys gotta copy of his paperwork. And at first I talked to Sharifa night it's my dog. I was like, Sharita, you know some day right with this, you know the situation. So when I gave Sharida the paperwork, Shariva looked at it. It It was like, rail, how much money do you want for this? I was like, I don't want nothing for it. I was like, I'm doing this because it's the right thing,

you know what I'm saying. That My thing was I was looking at me. I followed James On on Facebook and um I was just looking at his Christmas photos that he was doing with his with his grandson, the gifts and everything. So I'm like, whoa, I'm a grandfather, so this is the right thing to do, is you know,

helped his brother clear his name. And that's where, you know, that's when I'm putting paperwork out and I saw this certain you know, it wasn't really going awharing this dude that's kept talking, and so he said something one day and I said, you know what, enough is enough. Let me just go on Gangster chronicles and started releasing this stock. And here here we are on the day right right. Well, you know, I find it crazy that it took him

so long. And then I heard him say that this paperwork that he put out there, he son it to the neighborhood. I ain't. I ain't heard nothing about that. I ain't. I ain't dealt with this dude. So I started listening to his interviews after speaking with you, and this guy said he did that, but then he said he had to Uh no, lip dog told him that it had to be James because of a bunch of you you know what I'm saying. So I guess that's where he rocked with and then he said, uh, Drew totally,

that it was Drew totally. So you know, I'm I'm I'm like this. I don't look at myself as as a threat to none of these cats doing this podcast ship. I don't know what motives uh uh the guy over there and the green door, whatever the fund is that this podcast is. I don't want to say their names and get these cats no credit. Uh there's a couple of I'm gonna address their names in the minute, but you know, I don't. I don't. I don't see what

they got in there with what they got invested. You know what I'm saying, Uh, funk up of mob James to her nor to her Gamester chronicles. I don't know. I get out of the deal that I'm thinking that someone is shopping a podcast deal and this is the new guy here. Okay, certainly the big juice to be like you said, we ain't gotta say no names. They don't like the fact that, Okay, James is being called the o G. The people is looking up to James. The people is is liking James and loving what James

is doing. So I feel that that could POSSI to be some animosity there. You know, I personally heard a certain person was up, you know, personally was mad. You know what, why Reggie, you know, put you on over me? You know what I'm saying. So with that being said, um, you know I just see, uh I hate issue going on here that Okay, Well we're gonna knock James out the Fox. put him on the podcast. And now is gonna bring in some more audience and we're gonna get an audience because now he's doing all these shows. That's that's some crazy ship. And and then you can have a podcast I wouldn't have as an individual that he's not. He can't keep his it's his lives together. Okay, like Mob said, Okay, one interview, he said, um, okay, here's the first thing. Okay, who wouldn't want to know what evidence that you got that the the fits Sharon's office hoever got against him?

Who's gonna turn that down and say no, I don't want to know what evidence is against me? Who does that? You want to know what they got against you? and it was supposed to being dealing with Marv James? Okay, you said in the interview your attorney let you hear this take and was not supposed to let you hear it. If somebody go at your attorney say, okay, well wait a minute, you just said out your mouth your attorney let you hear tape if you're not supposed to hear. Okay, so you just fuck your attorney first and foremost of all, if that was true.

So okay, technically we're gonna say that's not true, because okay, attorney can come back on him and fight him in the ass with this shi is I'm thinking. This dude ain't thinking before he speaks. When you first and foremost of all, when you catch your case, you get a discovery package. In that discovery packet, it tells you what the what the prosecutor has against you. Okay, this is

what we got on this person. This is the person you're being charged with. This, this is what you did, this is what you didn't do. All of that is in your discovery package. Okay. What you're not gonna find your discovery package. You're not gonna find no pictures, You're not gonna find no audio. You're not gonna find any of that with your discovery packet. And discovery packet is just that thick paper with stuff that the law enforcement has put together on you and got it together for

the prosecutor to prosecute your black ass. Okay, when you go to trial or you set up a trial date, that is when you get your information. The lawyer has the right to have the information of everything that that it is against you. Okay, we know m G didn't go to trial. He didn't even set up to take your trial because he took a plea deal. If you look at the paperwork then I provided you guys with you see he has a plea deal. He took a plea deal. Okay. MG said he has an attorney, he

paid for his attorney, allegedly paid for his attorney. Okay, No, in the paperwork, com clearly see that he has a fucking quarter point of attorney and he couldn't afford counsel. So come on, people, read the guy damn paperwork and you will see that a lot of this ship is dude is saying it's bogus. He's lying. Okay. Another thing that I got, I loved that he said he said he got a call a page one day, some one page from a number. He didn't know who it was.

They put six six to everybody knows six six too, was Mob. That's my business, that's what he said. Okay. He picked up the phone, called the number back and it was allegedly Mob James on the other end. He said that he's looking at how the funk Mob James get my number. I never gave you my number. He didn't have my number, so he's he's baffled by and

he said he cut the conversation short. He you know, talked about the work being at work okay it wasn't good or whatever, and he said, dude, I always got firework and you know, firing and got off the phone or whatever. Right, if you go look at the goddamn paperwork, the paperwork clearly stated there was no page. You're involved. The c I and the federal agent called this dude directly on his cellular phone, not his page here. Okay. When the Fears do stuff, people, we they do it thorough.

They go buy everything, they lay everything out what they got. Because the Fears got a high conviction rate. They don't make mistakes whatever they do. Okay, Um, so that's a lot right there. Read the paperwork. He got a phone call, he didn't get a page. Um. And earlier interviews he said that he never dealt with the the uh, the federal agent. He only dealt with his man's drew right. Um. It clearly stayed to goddamn paperwork. He dealt with the federal agent. And he that want to see I. But

he said he never done. If Mark James. That cannot make Mark James the see I because he said that he never funked with Mark James. So people read the fucking paperwork and listen, it's there. He put it there. Work real. I have never talked to f G on the phone. The last conversation I had with f G was in two thousand and two. Uh. federal agent. If you go back in the paperwork and clearly stay there on the telephone, he talked to the c I and the federal agent and he dealt with the federal agent. It says that in the paperwork. But now if you say you haven't had any contact with Mob James, didn't deal with my James. How the fund

is morm James. The fucking ce I. And you're saying, in your own words, you never dealt with him, had any dealings with him, but it clearly states you dealt with this nigga, you're done with the see I. other cats got out. He walked away from the whole ordeal from that time, from from ninety to the the when the rides was going on. I'm knocked up after that. I haven't seen a jail. I haven't seen a police. I haven't seen a ship, right, you feel me? So I don't have nothing invested and and and knocking on the door and saying come in, man, I got something work for y'all to do. I want to get this person that person. I want to get them. I want to get them off the street. I don't owe these

But every fucking uh murder case I called, every motherfucking assult with a daily weapon. Every every case I had, I had to sit in jail and fight. You know what I'm saying. Not not, I'm not. I didn't have it like my two brothers. I didn't have it like Buntrey. I didn't have it like Timmy. When Miles would put up the house where Miles will you know,

our pops would would go and pay that bond. I didn't have it like that. I've been bonded out of jail one time. And these niggas can check this ship. Uh baby begging and Mama bailed me out of jail, you feel me? And I ain't never went to jail or no drug charges. So what I did do was UHM, listening um on Facebook looking at the games of chronicles, said it's just some people out there that's like straight stupid when they just say it was Marb James with this fake profile, because that was you and saying it was a fake profile and this gotta

be James talking. Why you can't just be listening to this dude. If that's what they do, that's what they do. But no, that was me. Yeah, I just what I what made me like? I said, what made me? Went on? I just said, you know what and and and this is the real Like I say, uh, I, I'm sitting here and I'm like, okay, evited this paperwork and everything, and no one is seeing this real paperwork. What's going on? Right?

So I I'm sitting back and I'm just up one night, I'm listening to this dude, and I'm like, wow, this dude is you know, his ship keeps change, and I guess no one is really paying attention that his story is not remaining the same that there's Let me just say this, I was always talk. It's easy tell the truth because you're gonna always remember the truth. Is easy to remember the truth than it is to remember a lie. So I'm just like looking at dude right, like, wow,

this gonna make sense. So then I looked and um, I hear clip and I hear um, Greg say, um, I'm Brian with marm James no matter what on this right. So I'm like I'm like, okay, Reggie saying he's gonna ride with Morv James on this. Okay, Um, the other guys is not putting the truth out here. No one's is not putting the truth out here. So I'm gonna put it out here, and I'm gonna put the papers out there. I don't need to be honest. No one knew that I had the real paperwork. I can say.

I gave it to Sharita first, and Sharita looked over and it was like, oh my gosh. She was like, you know, this ain't good. And to be honest, good Sharica one, Sarida Knight was Ryan and we exite. I was like, Sharia, James do this? I mean, is that James in the picture? Because and Sharitha was like, hey, I'm all that ain't James in the picture. She was like, James ain't still got the irene James, an't I know yours? Like okay man, she was like, um, that's not James.

I knew what James looked like back in the day, and that's not James. And she was like. I was like, you get your word on this, Sharifa, And this is you know, before I even got the paperwork right, and you give your word. I was like, you give your word on this, Sharifa, and she was like, real, I give you my word. So Sharifa gives her word. And to me, Sharifa has never lied to me. Sharifa has always been one hundred with me. So like, Sharik is giving her word, let me go do some digging and

investigating on this. And and then I'm like, Okay, here we go. Here's the paperwork. I give Sharida the paperwork. I hear Sharifa read this paperwork and uh. That's when Sharifa came back and was like, real, I'm gonna get it the norm. How much do you want for this? It's like, I don't want anything, Sharifa. I just want to do the right thing. Put his man's name. This isn't about money. This is about clearing this man's name.

And you know, open this man. Can you know, let his past be just his past and move forward with his presence. That's the only reason I'm here to address it. You know, anybody, all the the fucking keyboard warriors, they can say what they want to say. They can, you know, ride the next nigga's nut sacked, or the niggas just riding the next niggas nuts. They can say what they want to say. Frankly, I don't give a fuck. You know,

all that tough guys ship whatever. We all bleed everybody when they may put you know, motherfucker's claim, Oh I got this, I got that. When they made production for one Gun, they didn't stop. So, you know, you you come in and say you're gonna do something to me. What you think I'm gonna be doing while you're trying to do it. You think I'm just gonna be sitting there? No, uh uh No, you got the wrong person that well,

you know I'm so I'm so happy and content. You No, I'm already content with what I'm doing and how how I'm living, you know, when I get on this podcast. So I'm not talking about self destruction. I'm not talking about yeah, homie year. You know, bloods think we should woo whoo whoo. They took that from me. They took and and people don't understand when I lost when my brother was killed by the homies. I lost everything that that I felt so deep and passionate about the hood.

And everybody knows Bob James had to be a part of everything if it was hurting some of uh durned something down. I had to be a part of that ship, so you know, I was truly invested in what I believed then and after two thousand and two, I knew I had to walk away from that and maybe it's you know, God took my brother because of that, I had to walk And from that point on, I ain't say ship until this podcast and Reggie uh told me, no one want to talk to me and want to

want to want to do a show. Other than that, I was living my life and just just standing away from all the bullshit. You know. We lost a lot of home boys behind a lot of dumb ship and it was all in house, you know, bullshit, and and I couldn't be a part of that. You know what, that's the That's the worstest thing ever to me, is going against the grain and let's killing each other. I wasn't gonna do that. And then we got at the country, you know, having them niggas on the other side of

the town. They got kids, and their kids is the one that's game banking. So I can't come out of bushes on them. My best patch was the box and when I found I was good. Now with games, the chronicles there. For me, it's made me see that you're a prone ass. Man. I'm in a few years, I'm gonna be sixty years old. What what the funk I look like? Game banging at this time? What the funk I look like? Entertaining? Game banging? Bullshit? So I'm trying to tell the kids, this is what y'all need to

be doing. Don't do what I did or live this way. Don't watch forty eight hours and then say, man, I should have learned my lesson. Don't listen to Gainst chronicles and then go back out there and do what you're doing. And the bottom line is, if if, if we didn't have good motherfucker's such as yourself and been through it, a situation, this turns out to be a whole different situation.

It might have even been you, like you said earlier, you know, nigga, that nigger rack, that nigga fucking moving and then here be a rail going back at it again. You know what I'm saying. So you know, I'm quite sure if you see you, what's going on, everybody else see what's going on. And James McDonald, are you living like that? James McDonald. Ain't it ain't worth his time? You feel me? And then wait all this time, man, I'm mean doing raising my glands. We live together. It's

And you know, one thing I listened to, you know this dude said, I got cameras all around my house. Don't go to my house. That's one thing I do. I invite you to my motherfucking house. If you think you're gonna come in here and hurt him in the process of trying to do something to me, I'll die for that. I'll die for that. You know, uh, certain individual I called the you know

what I'm saying. You know, I changed my number because the ship got so over women and people talking to me. And I appreciate everybody that had, you know, good ship to say, keep a push, you keep doing you, but you know it, that ship was pissing me off. It was pissing me off. But then I had to say to myself, if if you won't follow God, follow God, you feel me? And I ain't never talked like this, well, I ain't never talked like this, but I feel good

talking like this. You won't follow God. Follow God. You know everybody that's every gangster, every every cat that lived that life, and people feared had to bring that man down. You know what I'm saying. So they can say what they want to say about me. I don't care. I know it ain't me and and you know, frankly, I don't. I'm not worried about the f G. I'm not worried about the Joe Shane. I'm not worried about the lip Dog.

Now listen, motherfucker, they need to be looking at lip Dog got kidnapped and told them everything in the hood. But they who He's still in the hood fucking with Nickas. all good. I hold conversations with Reggie and can't nobody change my opinion on Reggie. I know what's going on with me and Retchie. Can't nobody tell me nothing about Reggie. I'm gonna call Reggie myself and speak to Reggie and asked Reggie these questions. You feel me? So, you know, if it's if it's about Gangster Chronicles blowing up and all that other ship, the only reason why Gangster Chronicles blew up is because these niggas is being serious about

what they're doing. I'm about to hit out of town after after this ship and and and go tree hundred miles. Four kids out of my pocket. I'm gonna go. I'm gonna you know what I'm saying. So this is my passion now, and these dudes can't change that, you know what I'm saying. Those that don't want to fuck with our follow what's up Okay, wait a minute, let's finished talking.

And I got all right, this is ship I love right here real and you know, teaching him how to have patience, and it's hard work, you know, because he's a little boy. And you know, me and there man have my days. We are you all damn day. Yeah, like you're grown man. But I appreciate that because I got the opportunity to do something with my grandson that I didn't do with my kids, my other two boys. You know, but my other two boys, them niggas ain't never wore I ring. They ain't got no persons. They

don't wear jury. They're not uh sagging in their pants. Both of them don't went to college. You know what I'm saying. My oldest son is raising his on the sheep fourteen sheep fourteen going to be fifteen and raising her from day one. Feel me eat, So I think even a lifestyle I lived, I kept that away from them. You know, my boys now my daughters something different. Dog, But you know, these kids grow up today and they

be on something they know best, they know everything. But you know, I mean, I really appreciate it that you took the time, and I appreciate I appreciate everything, and and and I realized, no matter what I say about this situation, everybody is going to feed off and and and voice their opinion. My my thing is, I can't stop doing what I'm doing, helping these young casts, these kids,

because I got so many that I've helped. I got so many guys that you know, hitting me up and and send me a picture with their kids with a Captain gown on them. You feel me, So I know I'm doing right sick, I'm knowing. So whatever whatever they attempt is, it really don't matter to me. It really don't matter to me. I'm not don't know no gangster tips. I'm humble as fun and and I'm gonna stay that way. And they can't. They can't get me to ride and Compton.

They can't get me to say funck FG. They can't get me to do that because it is what it is. I mean, people are gonna start seeing what they have to see. FGM. you know. Alex, you know, Alex Alonzo feel a certain kind of way about the ship that's going on and went on with gas chronicles. You know. I tried, I tried my best to get that dude to come back real and and he wouldn't because he felt a certain way about Norm. But Norm nor him doing something. So I don't even want to speak on that without nor him right there. So Northern Voice was painting on the ship. But man, like I said, Man, we had you on this mother for hour and I just want to tell

you broke. I appreciate it. And if you ever ever need anything for me, if you need a hand, I'm there. I come where you had, I got you. I appreciate you, James, I appreciate it. Actually, I just did it for the right reasons. Dog, you know nothing, dog all his love.

I did it out of the love. And I said you, I'm probably the Grandfather's club now, so you know, as grandfather's got a rock with each other, you know, especially when we was I hate doing fucked up ship, you know what I'm saying, And now we got these these young ones to look out for and take care of. So you know I did it for that love, man, because I and and and doing your show. And that's one thing I was telling you about our show. You know,

I'm not out there on no bullshit. If you look at the news and the ship that's going out of here real you know, you got motherfucker's killing six and year old girls and dropping them off, dumping them on the free way. You got kids getting shut up at house parties. They just lost folk kids, one in the hospital, you know, clinging to life. You know, if the niggas

want to report some ship, talk about that ship. Talk about how we can stop this bullshit and having our kids and grandkids out there killing each other when this little and that little nigga grew up together, but they're on different sides of defense now and now that he didn't kill well.
