it was the first for me. They his lawyer testified against him. That's confidential ship. Lawyer can't go against you. They can't use him in court. And they just telling him don't come back. His lawyer got him convicted. That's some cold ship right there. So and then you gotta look at it. Where yet Las Vegas make their own rules, man, Yeah, Las Vegas ain't bullshit when it comes down. Look at old Jay. You know, they didn't want to hear nothing

if you convicted. If they feel you convicted, you that's going to jail. That's crazy to me, man. You know, like you said, it's brought it's lawyer back king man, And uh, I don't know how that was national news. Come man, this black mother. They ain't even to make that ship national, especially when they're sucking up when they take you off the street. That dude was kidnaps. That dude was. They don't want that, don't want that ship. They're not gonna put it out there that they they

violated every right that man had. Yeah, you know, you know, just just to give everybody some context. M everybody knows what happened. You know, he allegedly and with another guy lured um fat tone cat from Vegas and retribution for the mcdred murder and um, you know, allegedly gunned them down out there. And it's been he's been in jail for fifteen years. I'm just wondering. It's like, you know, if he does get out, which is saying he's saying he got a pretty good chance, does he have any

restitution coming? Oh, yeah, you're gonna definitely get paid because they violated all his rights. The lawyer, he could suit, the lawyer, his lawyer he had. That lawyer should lose his license because he know that was against the law, against the constitution. Um, that's just like a motherfucker telling me my wife got to testify me on the case. No she don't. And that's exactly what they did to him.

So when he get out, and if he don't, if they don't come at him with the take three years probasion. We'll let you out right now. If you take probasion, he ain't getting ship because that you're still guilty. They're still saying you're guilty, but we're letting you out a bunt of these circumstances, under these conditions. So if he fight it all the way and beat it and they let him out, he could sue the state of the Vata. He could sue that lawyer and the dude. He's gonna

be a millionaire when he come home. They set the eagle, e could be straight man. So you think they gonna settle with him, And of course they ain't gonna let him pick the terms and and and put down to settle that. Ere just just take this and let's just kill this. Let's kill it. Hush hush. It's crazy, man, you know, um. And you know, with that being said, we're about to play this um conversation that we had with mcminister who's presently locked up Las Vegas, Nevada. Pay

attention to it now. I'm gonna tell you this, Um. We believe in people exercise their freedom of speech. He said some things on there. Those things, he's his own person. Anything he says, it's coming out of mcminister's mouth has nothing not the views of the hosts of the Gangster Chronicles.

That she's stronger than most you know, most people would you know, brothers get here with that k is over. She survived, and uh, I'm just out there trying to do whatever I can do for to make

it make her comfortable, you know what I'm saying. And ship like this, I kind of feel guilty, you know what I'm saying, because of how I lived my life. I chumped up. I jumped up in the middle of the testimony, and I say, it's nick that you're lying. I was in jail. I was in jail March of oh six, and my code defeating was in jail summer of old fix. So how the fund can you possibly be anywhere around us? The prosecutor jump up. No, no, your honor um and the and this this name is the Jacomo. I understand his name because it's some other eventiness to to take place. And right now he's scrambling

because he didn't done some five ship. He's a professional liar. So anyway, make a long story short, this bitch jump up and say no, your honor. Mr Doward was Mr Dowd was not in custody him and his cold defendant. I said, hold on, bitch, before you get this bitch up in line like that, get your facts straight. So he looked and he go, oh, your honor round. Sorry. I was the one who told Mr Mouton that. I said, so you told him to say that when I did that?

When I did that, what you think the funk they did? But I tell you what they did at trial, they had these switches whole testimony. His testimony was he saw me No. Of around November or December of oh five, and being he said that he had these conversations with me. Now mind you before I go, then when you look at the paper, you see you see the shenanigans that was taking place. They violated the six Amendment right, the Council of Choice. So structural error, that is a structural error.

That's an automatic reversal because the truth, because the six Amenment right, the Council of Choices, you don't have to prove prejudice. All has to be shown is that it even happened, as long as it happened as a reversal. So this is what they do when I get ready to go to trial. The attorneys that are hired, he takes once he give my money, he's sending his supporting this in the court and they say, now, I don't got no paper in front of him. I'm going off

We're asking that the court give Mr Dower three ain't delay and allow the co defendant to go first. That way, it will not disrupt your calendar call. The judge said, no, we're going We're dacing. I said, looking around. If no, he said, I'm going to a point he said, scrolls out here. So what I'm gonna do. I'm gonna appoint you too, guys to go to travel. Mr Doal. I jumped up. They don't even know me like that. I don't even know. They don't know nothing about my case. I said, how you gonna gonna point them to take care of my case. And I said, Scroll, my attorney, Scrolls who I pay? He said, well, Scroll wanted to be here, here, be here,

he's not here. This is who you're dancing with. I said, well, you're honor if you're gonna take my attorney. These exact words that this motherfucker said to me. Now hear me. I said, you're honor if you're gonna take my attorney. Once you allow me a little bit of tosson, I can hire another attorney. He said, in our quote, I don't give an if your hired Bowls or the clown, he'd better be ready to go to trial right now. Yeah, he got to learn. That's that's he can't do that.

He can't do that. And I and I see how how they twisted up. Now, let me tell you I lived in Vegas from ninety nine to two thousand and something, going back and forth from here to CALLI. And one thing about Los Vegas rules, they police, they course don't play the same way California do. Yeah, they don't. They're totally different. And the people work they worked you.
