Why do we see so few women working as sports journalists and does that impact the coverage of women’s sport?
The gender balance in sports broadcasting is getting better, but still women face relentless sexism and misogyny just for doing their jobs.
In this chapter we speak to some of the trailblazers in sports media including Jacqui Oatley, Anna Kessel and Elly Oldroyd.
