This week Giana leads with an intro that addresses new listeners, she shares information about upcoming yoga retreats, and she gets personal about whats been going on for her. Then Bradshaw joins the conversation and they begin to talk about Alignment and pose the question: Is there a right or wrong way to do things? They both share their viewpoints on alignment and discuss if the rules matter and how or why things might be altered. In doing so they give three examples: warrior one, wheel, and triangle pose.
