Ladies and gents, it is your goddess speaking. It is possible that corporate MILF may have died on Tiktok because she was penalized and I don't think she will be able to reclaim that name. So the intro may change here folks. Every single one of my accounts blew up like in the last week, but you can find me at the real Jim Queen on Instagram on Only Fans and loyal fans on XI am still at Fendom Jim Queen, and I don't know what's happening with TikTok right now, so give it a week folks.

Since getting back from my adventure to Miami, I have been sick and sitting in a little bit more of a contemplative space. If you listened to the last pod, you will hear the channel and the gift that I received symbolically. And as I've been processing that over the last couple of days, a

few more things have unfolded. I was given a gift of a new way of thinking about something which is helping me to let go of a particular craving at the moment, and I want to share with you how I am thinking about this right now. Whenever I look to accomplish something like getting rid of a vice or starting a new habit, I pay really, really close attention to the thought pattern that I had going into that.

In other words, how was it that I was able to take steps towards the thing that I wanted to do this time? Let me give you an example. About a year and a half ago, I started down this thought process where, you know, at the time I was like, pretty crazy going in the gym all the time. And, you know, my friends will ask me like, oh, yeah, I wanted to go to the gym with you. And I'm like, yeah, that's cool. I'm like, all right, let's go tomorrow.

But then, like tomorrow would come and they wouldn't show up. And so I really started to have this question in my mind. I started asking myself, why is it that sometimes we say we're going to do something, but like when it really comes down to it, like there's something internal that blocks us from doing it Because like I know my friend wanted to go but they didn't and

why? And so in like that scenario, I have somehow worked my mind to into a place where like that is a motion that I am able to take on a daily basis is going to the gym, but there are other motions that I have trouble with. So, so at the time, a couple of years ago, I was having a lot of trouble executing at work. And I was like, OK, I know what tasks I need to take, but like, why can't I do this? Like I was having so many internal blocks about it.

So I started to really investigate like this process because every single thing that we want to accomplish, like everyone talks about what motivates people, what drives people, but all the conventional motivational type stuff, like it was not answering my question. It wasn't. It wasn't answering the question for me because I personally was looking at every single bit of advice I could freaking find because I was trying to fix myself and none of it worked.

So I have come up with like theory upon theory upon theory here. And so I often will try to write down the thought process that I had going into something when it's working. So at this moment I am quitting smoking and I am now three days in on no cigarettes. And this is kind of a big deal for me because I have quit and then I've started again and I've quit. So like I know I can quit but I haven't been able to hold it. Like so just for reference, I don't drink alcohol.

So like it's been 2 years where I don't drink alcohol. Now with that situation I literally never even think about it, never even crosses my mind. I'm lucky in that regard. But Lady Nicotine, as my friend calls her, has been beckoning to me. And I do have a theory around this that I'm going to share with you. There's an impulsiveness when it comes to smoking. It's like a hand to mouth type motion. And I find that it's like a distraction.

It's like something that gets in between you and really what you needed to do, which might have been even to simply rest or do you know 'cause you're taking a break or you're disconnecting, You're kind of meditating in that moment. But there's something happening on the internal side of our body too. So we, we, we received these cravings. We received these cravings from within ourselves. So if you are someone who smokes or you like to drink alcohol or like, maybe you like sugar,

right? Like you get a craving for something. Well, that comes from somewhere. Like my theory on sugar is it just comes from the gut bacteria in your stomach that sort of calls to you and says, Hey, I want some more sugar with, you know, nicotine. It comes up to you now. Think about this in a different context. So think about smoking as a sin. Let's just say it's a sin. Like, let's not get too crazy about it. It's really not that big of a

deal. But I'm putting it in this context for you right now to see if this kind of helps you. And in this case, I'm calling it my sin because it's just something that I no longer want to do for myself. So I'm trying to put it in a certain way so that I can process this to the point where I can say no more easily to it. So right now I'm going to call smoking a sin. Now as far as the book says, we should not sin, right? Or Jesus came here to forgive our sins.

So what if that sin is actually a little dark demon inside you that's kind of clawing at you? It's kind of like the dark side. It's kind of like the dark side clawing at you. So what if you now think about these these sins like smoking and think about like this craving coming up from inside you, but it's not you. The craving isn't coming from you. It's coming from the devil. What if the devil's just nipping at your toes right now?

And it's saying given to me. And then you say, God, please help me stop smoking, please help to forgive my sins. So forgive me for what I've done before with smoking and also be that thing in between that dark demon and me. So you lead here and just dust away that demon. So now I don't even have that demon beckoning at me. So what if now I don't even have those cravings because I have asked God to get rid of those cravings for me to get rid of the demons. Because God can come in at any

point. Your angels come, come in at any point and say, you know, get rid of all the negative spirits around me. You can sage your presence, get rid of that negative energy. What if that negative energy is just like associated with sort of like the dark side and you can ask God to help get in between you and that dark side. So now you're left in peace and you know that God's helping you do that. The very first step in the process is to ask for help whenever you are trying to make

some movement in your life. This is kind of my theory here. First you have to let go of something that is tying you energetically to something. So this can be anything. This can be letting go of the craving, the habit of smoking because energetically that's taking up my time. It can be letting go of a negative friendship because it's negatively taking up some space in my mind.

It can be leaving a toxic job. It can be forgiving somebody, it could be apologizing to somebody because every time you kind of take those actions, you're getting rid of like that little tiny thought in your brain that was tying up that tiny bit of energy. So every single time you let go of something, you are creating space to let something in. So first step is to ask for help. Now you can ask God for help, which I am doing in this case because I have tried to quit smoking on my own.

I haven't asked for God, God for help. Now The thing is, when you ask for help, you have to actually mean it. You know, like in Harry Potter where they're like here, you can do the spell, but you have to mean it. You can ask God for help, but you have to mean it. And that goes back into the self. That's where the decision lies. This is why it's so hard to actually make changes to like improve your diet or whatever, because you know, in theory you want to do it, but you have to mean it.

You got to mean it from the inside. If you can get to the point where you can mean it and you can actually decide to do something and you ask for help, you ask, you buy, get a personal trainer, buy a meal plan. I don't know, like literally you can buy assistance with literally anything you want to do. So like you want to go learn how to play the guitar, hire a teacher, hire a teacher, get help, ask for help, let go. That creates the space for something new.

I talked about the void the other day. And then you start to move into the focus areas and actually being able to take that forward progress. But here's the thing with all the motivational talks, they all talk about the forward progress side of it, like building your habits. I think that the reason why people can't create change in their life is because of the things that are so deeply embedded into the subconscious, into the behavior, into the thought processes.

So I will be speaking with you about some different ways to bend your mind to get it to work for you so that you can create positive change in your life. I hope you guys enjoyed that. You can find me at the real Jim Queen, which is the handle for Instagram only fans, loyal fans and also now TikTok. As always, you're not allowed to come until I do Peace.
