Now, USAID head Peter Marocco is considering "making multiple criminal referrals to the DOJ" regarding waste, fraud, abuse, and accountability at the government agency. Hundreds of State Department and USAID workers have written to Secretary of State Marco Rubio, claiming it undermines U.S. leadership.
