Welcome back to The Foil Project, we are stoked to bring you this episode with @jamescasey7393 . James grew up near Narrabeen beach and started surfing and kite surfing at a young age. His downwinding journey began over in Hawaii when a twisted ankle forced him off his surfboard onto a SUP. Since then, James has made it onto the World Tour for SUP surfing and SUP racing, as well as winning the Molokai 2 Oahu Paddle Board World Championship in 2019. He has launched himself into the sport of Foiling, setting the World Record for longest downwind foil at a whopping 212km, taking almost 12 hours. James now runs the Coach Casey Club, where he continually commits to teaching the skills required for all disciplines of foil and SUP.
