[00:22] Performance and your leadership to the next.

[00:25] Level, then you're in the right place.

[00:28] Listen up and connect with the magic.

[00:36] And here we are already on one of the very very last episodes of season four of the Focus B show on tea and pie, greater time, energy and attention to increased profit, impact and expertise. I hope that you've enjoyed this season. If you haven't listened to all of it, I invite you to roughly read through the titles and see which ones you think can support you most in your life right now. To conclude, although this isn't the conclusion, this is the overview. There'll be one last episode of conclusion. So rather to give you an overview. What we've been through is in the context of time. We've looked at how taking ownership of the way you spend your time and having a more abundant mindset where there's enough time will support you to never feel a lack. And then through mastering your thoughts and emotions, you will also think differently about time and how overcoming perfectionism and hyperachiever will support you to have more time in your life. Another key aspect were boundaries and Parkinson Law. How putting specific boundaries in place, being quite strict about them and applying Parkinson Law with tight deadlines will enable you to master your time and then stopping procrastination, finding balance and some key productivity principles. That was the first pillar of time. The second pillar was Energy, which is one of my absolute favorite. And we looked at physical energy with nutrition, exercise, sleep and timeout that I call nest. Also cold showers, emotional management, mental energy, how the environment affects our energy and the importance of relationships. And we also went through a more business work related topic of energy which is the zone of genius where you're totally in flow and how to find meaning and purpose in what you do. And in the third pillar of attention we covered focus and flow. How to be more in focus then managing your distractions and how a lot of our distractions come from emotions and how by mastering your emotions, this enables you to manage distractions then rest and recharge that is highly neglected but absolutely fundamental when it comes to having high levels of attention, mindfulness and presence. How being in the present moment and paying full attention to what you're doing will support your levels of attention. Meditation as a tool. How you can use meditation to increase your attention because by practicing meditation this will support you and enable you to have greater focus then motivation and short term and long term focus. How your short term focus is related to what you are working on in the long term. So those were the first three pillars on time, energy and attention. And as I mentioned throughout, they're very correlated. When you have more energy it's easier to be focused and have attention and this enables you to use less time for certain activities. So you will actually need less time when you have more energy and attention. And similarly when you pay more attention, this gives you greater energy because you no longer are multitasking but single tasking which is way more invigorating. So those were the first three pillars on time, energy and attention. And then we moved on to the next three pillars of pie profit, impact and expertise. And here we looked at profit first which is based on a book called profit first by Mike Michelowicz. And the idea here is that by focusing first and foremost on your profit, this will enable you to lead a profitable business and not by neglecting it to the last point. And then we went through pareto of time and profit, how you can use pareto principle to optimize both your time and your profit. And we reviewed afterwards alignment and coherence how working in an aligned way in something that's coherent and makes sense to you will contribute to your profit. The fourth episode of Profit was around KPI review and planning. The importance of reviewing planning, which is fundamental for you to see how far you're progressing then money, mindset and abundance absolutely essential to change the way you view money. Your relationship with money to optimize your profit in your business doesn't happen on its own if you don't put in the work. Followed by the last episode of Profit that was around sales, marketing and branding. Because obviously to increase your profit in your business, there needs to be a bit of branding and marketing in there. This is essential also. Almost the last pillar around Impact, we went through mission, Vision and purpose. How to be clear on your mission, your vision and your purpose and what each of them mean. Then the different levels of which you can impact at different levels which can be both at a free resource level or medium type level and then at an exclusive level, and how these are all forms of different contribution and they all matter equally. Then we went through the ripple effect, how everything you do and every way in which you serve and you show up has a ripple effect on everyone around you. And this is absolutely fundamental. Then the whole power of community, how to build your own community, lead your community, and also be a part of other communities, to upgrade your mindset and your way of thinking. Moving on to the next topic of role model how to be inspired by other people around you, maybe even think of your future self and be a role model for others in the way you show up, in the way you think, in your emotions, your state and why that matters. And the last episode of Impact was around positivity how to think positively without neglecting your challenges, still confronting them, but just focusing more on the positive, applying gratitude in your life and being more positive so that this inspires others to be more positive and also supports you to get to the place that you want to be. Because we get there by having a positive mind there and way of approaching life. And the last pillar of expertise was around the importance of constant learning. How? By constantly learning and having a beginner's mindset, this will support your level of expertise and then leadership enhancements and high performance. The three different types of leadership combined with the visibility factor and then the high performance that is both linked to energy levels and also to the high performance habits described by Brendan Brachard. And there we covered self compassion, absolutely essential. If you haven't checked this episode out, please do, because it's a sort of episode that you might neglect and yet self compassion really makes a huge difference. I think it's absolutely fundamental. And moving on to Sugar Cubes, which is a way of tracking your progress, of keeping track of all the nice comments and testimonials and progress that you're making so that you feel energized in your work. And the last episode on Expertise was around 1% improvement, how you can improve both your habits and your review and planning, but also your actual work. So, combining all of this together, we now have so excited for the 41st episode of season four, the overview for today. And we've covered time, energy and attention for greater profit, impact and expertise. And this is an invitation for you to review your relationship with time, to think about how you manage your energy, to pay attention to your focus, and to look how each of these time, energy and attention are making a difference for your profit, your impact in business and in life and in the world and your expertise. And to see a correlation between these so that you can learn and master your time, your energy, your attention, also your thoughts and your emotions, which can be a whole other episode. This will support you to be more profitable, have more of an impact, be an expert in your field and enjoy the work you do, enjoy your journey and continuously improve throughout. So I hope you found this useful. I hope that you are applying some of these principles. A lot of them have made a tremendous impact and difference in my own life, which is why I'm here to share them with you.
