Transcript

The following presentation is del Marvi Studios Production. Welcome back truth seekers from around the world. It is time for another edition of the Latter Earth Files. I hope this podcast finds you well. Everybody's having a great week. Tomorrow our midweek episode will drop late Wednesday evening. I guess that's what December sixth and our interview with John looking forward to that. Today, we're going to read some of the listener feedback in regards to the quote unquote debate from Saturday

night. We also have one audio clip and then we are certainly going to move on from that point. Again, a lot of divisiveness with it. There's TikTok videos running wild, those that you familiar with r V Truth. I guess his channel is actually now They Live Truth. He just released a video this morning, Greg Locke versus Dean Odle and the Flat Earth Controlled Opposition Exposed. I think he believes that both of these guys were in on it.

Interesting thoughts from across the internet. But before we start, Ryan, longtime listener, reminded us I'm going to read his email here and it says the other day I heard them playing a clip of Jim Levell's nineteen sixty eight Christmas reading of Genesis one about the firmament and the waters, et cetera. That has to be the ultimate example of NASA mocking God and his creation.

And again that was from the Apollo eight mission, which was from December twenty first to the twenty seventh of nineteen sixty eight, So again in a couple of weeks, that'll be the fifty five year anniversary. It was the first crude spacecraft to leave low Earth orbit and the first human space flight to quote unquote reach the Moon. According to our history books, the crew orbited the Moon ten times without landing, and then departed safely back to Earth. The

three astronauts involved were Frank Borman, James Lovell, and William Anders. And those first two gentlemen, Borman and Lovell are definitely Freemasons. Noted noted Freemasons. One belonged to I think it was the Long Peak Masonic Lodge one ninety seven, and the other one was I think the Chicago Scottish write. I saw an article from twenty sixteen talking about him. So there you go.

We're going to go ahead and actually play the audio of the infamous reading of Genesis one and they called it a Christmas message December nineteen sixty eight, and like Ryan said, this is really some next level mockery. Check it out. I hoped an audio back on it. We're voting, all right, I read, I can, I have, I have been looking quite We're now going over booking one of our future landing sites selected in this smoon region to bol the Sea of Tranquility UH smooth in order to make it easy for

the initial landing attempt in order to UH recluite having to doc mount. Now you can see the long shadows of the lunar sunrise. M Yeah, we're now booking lunar sunrise. And for all the people back on Earth, approve of apolloing has a methanage that we would like to send you. In the beginning, Die created the heaven and the earth, and the earth with without form and void in darkness, with upon the days of the deep, and the spirit of God moved upon the face of the water, and God said,

let there be light. And there was light, and God saw the light, there was good and divided the light from the darkness. And God called the light day and the darkness a cold night. At the ending of the morning with the brute day. And God let them be of the water, and let it divide the waters from the water. And God made the perm and divided the waters which were under the waters which were both from them.

And it was moved. And God told them in the end of the and God let a lot of them in the heaven be gethered together into one plate, and let the gualand appear, and it would go. And God called the guy and Earth and the gathering together of the water, and Colleen me and God thought that it was good. And from the girl a boli, good night, good luck, a Mary Gredman, and God want following you, all of you on the good Earth. And there you go.

And with the retrospect, that is a lot of mockery there right. And again for sure two of those three astronauts were freemasons. So again thank you Ryan for sharing that with us. We're going to move into our feedback on the debate and we'll take our first audio message from Waco, Texas. Hey to words, This is Sundays by me. I'm calling from w Go, Texas, and it's fine for continuing Monday. And I did listen to the debate on Saturday night, and I was just felt very disappointed and very sad.

I didn't feel that it was a debate forum at all, and just continue to pray for Pastor Locke, in for Pastor total Bos. One day that I really haven't heard anybody say anything about is the fact that Pastor Locke was invited to the Trump White House back when President Trump was in office.

And I need to find the information, find the article in order to but I'm just I'm just kind of wondering, is this all a you know, a control opposition control for that to weigh more people and to help people see that this division is so much necessary and causing so much more damage than not. But you know, there's Pastorlock has a long history, a very long insortive history in his you know, work career, and anyway, I just wanted to to kind of bring up that topic and I'll try to find the

information intended to you. It was back when Prisident Trump was in office, and he invited Pastorlock and about twenty other ministers and pastors and priests from all everything in out of the States to the One House. And I remember watching past Box sermon after that it ben and he was really excited, really on fire, and just felt a passion for what Trump was doing. And he alluded to the fact that you know, God was really changing and doing a

lot of things in the United States as well. So just some food for thoughts and information that I haven't really seen brought up anywhere, but wanted to just say, thank you so much for what you're doing. And I do appreciate all perspectives on all sides of the arguments being represented, and I do stand with with Pastor Odor and so thankful for his fullness and thankful for his humility and his the truth that he's bringing to the forefront. Anyway, thank

you again for what you're doing. I appreciate it so much. Thank you there you go, and thank you very much for sharing your thoughts. And there's a lot of interesting takes on that. There are pictures of him down in, you know, by the White House while Trump was in office. There was a very interesting article that the Tennesseean, which I don't know if it's just a website where it's actually you know, maybe it used to be

the weekli er daily newspaper, but I wanted to read this. It says Global Vision Bible Church Pastor Greg Locke has been a showman and willing to be unconventional, and he has made some pretty grandeur type of claims in the past, but the Mount Juliet pastor is also calculated, even before his explosion on

social media and dive into political issues. And as you guys know, Pastor Odele ran for office as well, but he wasn't this type of grandiose showman that Pastor Locke seems to be. You know, we've all heard well I assume most of you heard the podcast when he came on our show, and he's a very down to earth, very knowledgeable, very humble man. I have not met Pastor Greg Block, so big difference. It goes on to say that Locke acknowledges some very boldness, some very forthrightness, and things that

I do, and it's on purpose. His critics point to his dangerous rhetoric and unfounded positions, and some even see him as a heretic. Heretic excuse me, now, look at some of Greg Block's evolution. It goes back to two thousand and six, so we're talking seventeen years now, and that

is when he started Global Vision Baptist Church in Mount Juliet. Twenty ten, he started a yearly weekend retreat in January named the Homeless Experience with other men from Global Vision who lived on the streets so that they could experience homelessness in Nashville for a weekend using only money given to them. Twenty eleven, he formally split with the Independent Fundamental Baptists and he just changed his name to Global

Vision Bible Church. And I don't know if it was the Baptist saying please step away. I haven't looked into it. Twenty twelve, Locke spends four days and three nights in a scissor lift thirty feet in the air to solicit donations for people experiencing homelessness. Twenty fourteen, he embarks on a three thousand mile cross country bicycling trip to California and back to raise money for church expansion,

and he has done other bicycle trips and extended walks for causes. Twenty fifteen, he'd demonstrated in front of a local middle school to condemn a school district curriculum on Islam, posting excuse me posting a video of himself on Facebook.

Twenty sixteen, he criticized Target for general neutral bathroom policy, So you know, a lot of the things of the day, he would jump into, right and what your Fox News and CNN that would be the hot topic, and he would jump into it. Same year, twenty sixteen, Lock call's former Tennessee Governor Bill Haslam a major disappointment for vetoing a bill that would have made the Bible the official state book. Twenty seventeen, Locke travels to

DC to return thousands of letters from Planned Parenthood. His actions spawned donations to the group and his name. Twenty nineteen, lock protested Karaphem, which was an abortion clinic that opened in Mount Juliet. He says, God didn't give me a huge social media platform so I could sit around and be quiet.

And then twenty twenty is when he kind of came into my vision. When I first started hearing his name, and I thought he was somebody to kind of get behind, because he was one of the few pastors that was continuing to hold these in person services at the beginning and throughout the COVID nineteen crisis.

He became very critical of all the churches that closed, and he went on later that year on the Advisory Committee for Angelicals for Trump, and he received an invitation to the White House when Trump accepted the speech for the GOP presidential nomination later that year. So he was a busy guy in twenty twenty. And maybe that's when things started to change. Maybe the stage got very

big for him. And you know how that can affect some people, right, that became a little more about him than what his original mission was, because it seemed like he was doing a lot of good stuff earlier in his life. And listen, the reason I'm putting this stuff out is because most of the comments were obviously about Greg Locke. I think most people agree that passed odal pastor odal excuse me, did a tremendous job and showed a lot of restraint and courage. He did a great job being again he was on

the road, if you will. Maybe they should have done a neutral location,

right, you know. Hindsight twenty twenty twenty twenty, political operative Roger Stone and Republican activist Charlie Kirk visit Global Vision on separate Sundays just before the election, and I guess their tent was vantalized with spray paint right before Roger Stone's visit and at this point you have to question how much of this is authenticity and authentic I guess it's the correct word to use, and how much of it at this point, once he goes to the White House, is

he involved? Does he get the talk from the big boys at the FBI and CIA, we can make your stage bigger. You're going to be part of the you know, the divide and conquer scheme. Something to think about,

something to think about. And even later in twenty twenty, there was a viral Facebook video about a confrontation with a Duncan Donuts manager who requested that the pastor wear a face mask the next time he came in locked sharply to size the employee and still stands by his beliefs in the video, but did another post at acknowledge maybe I came across as a jerk for Jesus. And again, listen, here's the thing. When you go into a private business,

you have to adhere by their rules. As much as most of us didn't like the walmarts and things, and many of the people were empowered, whar's your mask? Right? It got really weird in twenty twenty, but there's certainly different ways to handle it, right, I get it that employee was probably doing what he was told, and then you know, maybe Locke was doing you know it get people like us who understood, like you can't

comply. There has to be some level of civil disobedience otherwise we're going to get hosed, you know, at the same time, and you take it out on the kid behind the cast register. It's just not sure it's the right way anyway. Let's move on. January twenty twenty one, Greg lock attends rallies in Washington, DC protesting the certification of votes for President Joe Biden. Locke makes it as far as the steps of the US Capitol during the

January sixth insurrection. Locke would later denounce the mob for Donald Trump that stormed the Capitol. So it's interesting. You've got the big names. You've got the what's his name, Alex Jones, you have Trump, and you've got this Greg Locke, obviously a big name. And I think Owen Schroyer got sixty days in jail, which is one of the guys who work on Info Wars. But Owen Schweyer pled guilty. I don't know he advised him of that, but he pled guilty. So he's doing his sixty days in jail

anyway. July twenty twenty one, during a Sunday service at Global Vision, lockwarns people who are wearing masks a seat. Now, this is where it gets weird to me. You can't champion freedom, freedom, freedom, Okay, it works both ways. People have the freedom if you want to wear a mask, hey man, and that's your choice. But at the same

time, we should have the choice not to wear the mask. And this is where I think July twenty twenty one and December two, twenty twenty three, you can see the guys start to change after the White House stint. So this is July twenty twenty one. During a Sunday service at Global Vision, Locke warns people who are wearing masks. Quote, I will ask you to leave. I am not playing these democrat games up in this church.

That is verbatim. Now listen, Jesus didn't choose political parties. Okay, anything that is divisive should be not in my opinion, Again, this is his church. He's going to do what he's going to do. But if you're running a church, if you're a shepherd right with a flock, you can point out things I think it's fair to say, but to kick people out who have different that's not like a core belief. Mask, no mask, right, you still have people. And this is the thing. He

can't handle things that goes against his like he can't handle me. He doesn't know how to deal with him, Like Flatters was something that he couldn't wrap his mind around. So he acted like a teenager, like a young child, and just lashed out. And again he had this belief from probably watching Fox News twenty three hours a day and all the other far right guys. Right, if you wear a mask, then you're basically son, you're soul

to the devil. No, it's people were scared. Not everybody's completely awake. People were, you know, still just afraid. But to kick people out of your church because of that, that's sign. That is a huge sign. That's a big red flag. September twenty twenty one, Twitter band, which I in in some ways is a badge of honor at that point, for spreading misinformation about COVID nineteen. He also said Hillary Clinton is a

high priestess in the Satanic Church. I'm not going to argue that. December twenty twenty one, Global Vision gave away sixty six thousand dollars and a reverse offering held at a service just before Christmas with five hundred dollars checks offered to anyone who came forward. Christmas with five hundred dollars checks offered to anyone who

came forward. Global Vision has also teamed up with those experiencing homelessness, which goes back a long time with them, And kudos clap for you know, pointing out we're quick to give hundreds of millions of dollars to Ukraine and all these other countries every single week, but we do a terrible and we I'm talking about the philp down the DC to a terrible job of taking care of

our own. Now. January twenty twenty two, Locke says during a sermon that some children who have medical conditions may be demonized and attacked, but your doctor calls it autism. So he's basically saying that autism was from demons. Well, it's so funny that he was so hip on the masks, but he really doesn't understand that autisms are from this vaccine schedule. Of course, he went on after all the backlash, and I'm sure within his own church

people who had children with autism. He caught a lot of flak. And then he goes on to say, like he's weaseled out. Might my answer it was taken out of contexts right, you know, that's what he does. February twenty twenty two Locke and Global Vision. Lock and Global Vision hold an event where items occult related items that needed auto check. This to the

author, items occult related items. Anyway, I think what that author meant to write was Lock and Global Vision held an event where things were auctioned off originally, and then they ended up burning books and items and all this other stuff. Locke also encouraged anything tied to the Masonic Lodge to be part of the burning. So they had this big event where they got all these occult related items. They were burnt, and according to the story, he has

held these type of burnings before. And if you guys remember during the air Quote debate Saturday night that he said he fought Freemasonry harder than anyone else, but really Freemasonry doesn't come to the forefront until after his visit to the White House. Very interesting. Locke referred to the Masonic Lodge as a Satanic cult no matter what your master Mason, fish frying grandfather told you, and I get emails all the time from listeners who had a grandfather who was some type

of master Mason, et cetera. The Masonic Network asked that the Facebook post be removed and stated, this kind of rhetoric is unacceptable coming from a Christian leader, considering that a large number of Freemasons are a fervent Christians. So the interesting there. February twenty twenty two, there was controversy over Locke's comment in the sermon, what there are six witches within Global Visions membership threatening to

expose them? It's that's weird. Imagine, you know, showing up the church on Sunday and the pastor goes, all right, guys, there's six witches in this congregation. I want to expose its just And then April twenty twenty two, Global Vision holds panel discussions that include Locke, Roger Stone and others interviewed on their feelings about COVID nineteen following a review of a documentary series by Ty and Charlene Bullinger named Propaganda Exposed. And then of course what happens

Saturday? And I'm sure there's much more in between there. But this guy obviously loves the spotlight. I think that's fair to say. And I think early on he had great intentions, intentions and championed some very good causes, but also he thrives on divisiveness telling that so basically Sunday at the debate, that was not the first time he told people not to come back to his church. That's a big problem. That is a huge problem to me.

So before we kick off the listener feedback, I want to thank Shane for sending this in. This was actually posted on I think this was Sunday or Monday on Greg Locke's Facebook page the church newsletter, and it was an official

press statement and it begins December second. The Flattereth debate between Pastor Dean Odle and Pastor Locke and they both have flatter Earth next to Dean Odle and spherical earth next to Pastor Locke came to an abrupt end after four long hours when Locke decided Odele and his followers, who were the large majority of the attendees, had not come in good faith, but were there only to attack, intimidate, and provoke Locke and others who were there for a peaceful debate based

on the Bible. And I gotta tell you that the crowd itself and again I was watching on YouTube. I wasn't there, but they didn't seem really that unruly. But hey, let's just keep reading. Locke opened up the evening in the spirit of unity and reconciliation and delivered clear instructions for the crowd to remain civil and loving, but Odle wasted no time to angrily threaten a

walk out after Locke levied his first line of questioning. Odle repeated his threat every time Locke challenged him on a point of fact, but Locke continued showing great restraint even while Odele delivered his opening presentation by stating the false premise that the Bible was not in any way a book of metaphors, but had to be taken literally at all times. So again that first five or six senses are really grease in the wheels, really stretching the truth there. Odele then

went on to deliver a two hour filibuster. It was actually one hour and forty minutes, but I digress. Wrought with pseudoscience, fallacies and gross misinterpret misinterpretations of scripture. Locke and his minority crowd remained quiet and civil throughout Odele's very long monologue and even applauded along with Locke when appropriate, never once disrupting Odle. Locke then followed with his very brief biblical presentation, but Odele's crowd

repeatedly interrupted Lock with heckling and disruptive outbursts. When Locke concluded his opening presentation, Odle retorted with more combative language and continued bullying posture while denying the biblical truth Locke had presented, which further incited his crowd to outbursts that put the security team on the alert. That is ridiculous. That is absolutely ridiculous. Locke eventually decided he had seen enough and told Odle to leave. Odle respotted

by throwing his microphone at Lock. Again, that's a stretch. He kind of tossed it to the side. He did not throw it to him. It was under hand, like whatever, I'm out of here type of pitch, and then Locke swatted it to the ground, which is of course he Pastor Locke left that part out. It was clear he had got exactly what he came for. The Global Vision Bible Church security team did an admiral job of keeping the peace while Odele's Flat Earth supporters erupted with two hours misspelling there

with anger and took to the floor. So he's descrying the seam of Mayhem, and I saw Austin Witz's video and everybody's just got a like their shoulders are struggling and what just happened, and everyone's kind of walking out. That's why. If you guys remember when I was live streaming the audio, I'm like, I can't believe this. These guys are rushing the stage, and then there's the one lady in the background, a twirling flags. It was

something out of Amani Python or a mel Brooks movie. You know, the church service ends. You got guys in full battle rattle, rushing the stage. It was not what Pastor Odle is writing here. The Global Vision Bible Church security team, I'm sure it'll be passing out purple hearts this weekend. At service, several of Odal supporters had to be restrained for rushing toward lock while yelling profanities, and many more screamed and raged against the small number of

Global Vision members and attendance. The visitors continued raging in the parking lot is some defiantly smoked marijuana in the parking lot, those dang hippies. One enraged visitor rammed three cars as he sped away, further necessitating police involvement. Now, so I guess that's his way, because as you guys know, they did call the sheriff, they showed up. Maybe that happened, maybe it didn't. I don't know. Sadly, despite four very difficult hours, the

actual debate never happened. For this and for the bad faith behavior of Dean Odle and his flat Earth supporters, Global Vision, Bible Church and Lock Media have decided to remove the event from all platform archives. They decided that literally five minutes after the event. They pulled it immediately, I mean right away. We will not help them promote their deceptive fairy tales and conspiracy theories coming from the guy who again some conspiracy theories are OK. A rigged election in

COVID nineteen, We can talk about that. If you wear your mask, get out of my church. Well wait a second, you're telling me that we're not spinning where, We're not hurtling through space at hundreds of thousands of miles, We're not chasing the sun at sixty six thousand miles right, water can stick to a ball. You're just out of your mind. So again he can wrap his mind around some but not around others. This is a

big one. So he closes to say, again, we will not help them promote their deceptive fairy tales and conspiracy theories, as we consider them to be doctrines of demons. So I guess I promote demons. Wow, the truth is clear. The Bible never claims that the Earth is flat. Of course we know the Bible never claims that the Earth is round either. And again that hour and forty minutes. I messaged Dean. I said you need to click that hour and forty minutes and just the rest of it, get

rid of and repost it. And he said he'd look into doing that, that it was a good idea, and I hope he does. Just keep that hour forty minutes. It was really well done. You had people in their testimony. Great job the hour, the first hour, you know, and of course the WWF that last you know, forty sixty minutes whatever it was, that can be clipped as well. That was all divisive nonsense.

And again you've got Pastor Locke and I'm sure he didn't write this. I'm sure he had one of his, one of his folks write that, just a stretch of far far stretch. Let's get into some of our emails. Our first email comes from Jacques and he says, Sir, I've listened to the supposed debate twice and I picked up on some things. Number One,

the host, pastor got offended fairly quickly over non essential thing agreed. Number two, He repeatedly interrupted and would avoid direct answers to questions the guest rays, but demanded direct answers to his nebulous questions and assumed facts. And I said this before, it seemed like Pastor Locke how he prepared for this. He spent thirty minutes on the Flat Earth Society's website right because he talked about the disc going up right, which is something we don't believe his flat earthers.

Number three, the host hinted that the guest was heretical in the first hour, and then he cut off the mic. He did call him heretic, Yes he did. The host is now a friend of potential false teachings, and that kind of ministry is something I have a history with for ten years I was a teacher and a small group leader. The church started out sincere and steadfast, preaching the Gospel and believing that spiritual gifts are alive because

we do not put limits on God. But we preached to tell the truth and be excellent and be holy, that we serve an excellent and holy King. When Benny Hin came near, many of the ill and the congregation we went to see him. One single mother of a wheelchair bound child told everyone she was going to see the man of God and her child would be off the machine and out of the chair. Well during the service, the Man

of God asked about the awful noise in the church. It was the child's respirator and the lung suction device, and he asked that she be removed from the prayer service. I mean, imagine putting your faith in Benny In and with a congregation you travel to see him. You have a single mother with a wheelchair bound child, and she believed that this man of God was going to heal him. He'd be off the machine, out of the chair,

and he complains about the noise and kicks him out of the church. And you know, now we know in July and Benny Hinn and Pastor Locke became chummy. That's awful. Number five. When you have the truth, present that truth. When your argument is emotion, play on other emotions. Right. When you have nothing, you point your fingers and you pound your chest. The host did the latter. After seeing the guests present facts and sway

emotions, he became angry. Right, That is very important context. When Pastor Odele finished his hour and forty minute or so lecture, you could see and kind of feel the congregation was understanding what was going on. And I think Pastor Locke understood Pastor Odel and he's like, oh my gosh, Number one, I'm going to be out thirty thousand dollars. Number two. You know, he doesn't seem like the kind of guy who likes to say he's sorry. He's that kind of guy, Pastor Locke. I'm always right.

So what does he do? He lashes out? Right. While in ministry, I noticed how many people love the scriptures that make everyone happy, but don't like the context. So many prophets that came through our church would quote Jeremiah twenty nine to eleven for I know the plans I have prosper hope,

but verse ten provided the context. After seventy years of captivity, during one of our leadership meetings, the pastor and I were discussing scriptures, and we disagreed about Corinthians thirteen and love, and I wanted the first part, which says thou I speak with tongues of men and angels, but have not love.

I'm a banging gong. So when I wouldn't change my view because of his great reasoning, because because that's that that was his reasoning, right, that's just the way it is, he ran across the room and attempted to choke me. So because of a disagreement on Corinthians thirteen. And when he asked for an explanation, the pastor said, that's that's that right. They just were not going to discuss it. And you get that a lot from

people, especially in a flatter type of conversation. Why do you believe we're on a globe spinning, That's just what we're taught. That's that right, same type of thing. It's actually try to choke him. Well, listening to the debate, those pastor attempted to all shucks and hillbilly disarming speech.

When that failed to get the emotions. The Mario approach to where he puffed his chest and did a Mike Jagger chicken walk, great analogy, a Mick Jaggered chicken walk, followed by straw man arguments indeed and name drops, and then character assaults in essence, preaching to the choir right, attempting to gin

up a boogeyman and have his true believers castigate the guest speaker. Let all things be done decently and in order was Paul's advice to the church, and the debate lacked a decency and order, but it kind of got done. The host preacher has a lot of tendencies of the faith movement of the nineties and beyond. And he was insulting when the army pilot was introduced, and that he claimed that military pilots were not real pilots. And I got a

little offended to that too. You got pilots a fl C seventeen globe masters all over the world, and he's like, oh, that not real pilots, Like he doesn't even understand that we actually have them in the army, we have real airplanes. He went thirties fives. This guy is just in another when he said that I wasn't the only one who's like, what is he talking about? And actually, Astor Odell had an opportunity when Pastor Locke

mentioned helicopters. You could have said, Okay, Pastor Locke, if our earth is spinning, why can't a helicopter go up and just kind of stay there and let the earth move under him for thirty minutes and then land, right if the earth is continuously moving, And you would have got the same type of answer, because that's a right, that's you know, you get the same type of answer. So very very interesting and a great email, Jack, a lot of great observations. Let's get to the next email,

and this one is Alex from Alberta, Canada. He says, hope all is well on your end. Just wanted to bring out my perspective on the Saturday night debate. I was really looking forward to the debate, but wanted to point out that the poster image I saw reminded me a lot of UFC advertisement posters. Right this Sunday night, you have a picture of two gentlemen

with their corresponding names beneath them, with a versus in the middle. Right, that's a very great observation right team flat on one side, team globe on the other. Something did not sit right with me. Uh with just that right there where we have seen this kind of one to one split down the middle before. I wonder we've seen it everywhere, especially in the last four years. Politics, religions, vaccinations, masks, Russia versus Ukraine,

Palestine versus Israel, and now flat Earth versus globe eirth. Apart from Pastor Dean's slideshow presentation, everything else made me very uncomfortable one hundred percent the way Pastor Greg was talking. I ended up turning off the video. I personally could not handle it, but I ended up catching the last twenty minutes from

the audio you shared, and I was just shaking my head. It doesn't matter whether you believe in flat Earth or not, at least to the sense that it is not a salvation issue, and whether we believe one way or the other, we should be treating each other with compassion, love and kindness. I did not see anything of the sorts in that debate, be it from the stage or the sounds or from the audience. The whole thing reminded me of how we as flat earthers get treated when we speak our mind but

amplified times one hundred. So it got me thinking, call me crazy, but something did not feel organic about that debate. And listen, some people ask me not to read their emails, and this is something that a few people said that the entire thing didn't seem organic about it. It says you mentioned that Pastor Dean's mike volume being lower, which I noticed as well. Is it also a coincidence that Pastor Gregg's congregation is called Global Vision Bible Church,

right? I kind of made a joke to it. There's no way he could, you know, surrender and admit flat Earth because he'd have to change the name of his church, his business cards. Just a joke, of course. It almost feels like this debate was designed to be divisive, whether knowingly or unknowingly. Pick a team and fight like a UFC cage match, just like the system wants us to do everything else. And then you have the Illuminati card game, which oddly enough, one of the cards is

a flat Earth card, just like the Simpsons. That card has also predicted quite a lot. Did the Satanic leaders of this world know there would be a flat Earth uprising? And did they plan on using it as another tool to divide and conquer. Was this debate infiltrated in any sorts or was it simply a matter of globe earth and doctrination ingrain too deep into Pastor Greg that caused him to defend it so strongly. Now, this is me talking my

thoughts before we resume. I thought there was a chance we could get through to him, because again, here's a guy who back in twenty twenty and twenty twenty one, right, he kept his church open, you know, he didn't force masks on people and things of that nature. So it seemed to me like he was the type of guy who would be opened up to these type of conversations. But he wasn't whatsoever I mean at all? Again, was it infiltrated like like Alex says? Or was there something a little

more nefarious to it? Was it? Was it just that glob eirth and doctrination was ingrained too deep. Continuing the email, many of us have been there before, defending the greatest reception of all time. So I'd like to remind myself and everyone not to look at Pastor Greg poorly because of his actions,

but instead to pray for him. I concur one hundred percent. Most of us do not know him personally, nor do we know what he is going through on a daily Being a church leader is a big responsibility, yes, indeed, and I do not agree with his mannerisms as one, but he is still a human just like the rest of us. Pastor Greg, whatever demons you may be facing, we pray for you and hope that you

are over over able to overcome them. Sorry, we pray that you may find peace and not let the divisiveness of anything in this world steer you away from loving thy neighbor. Really well done, Alex, thank you for the email. And indeed, right, we don't know what he's going through his personal life. You know. Maybe he did change a little bit when he got away for that fame a couple of years ago, right, And maybe he was afraid if he was associated with flat Earth that he would be shunned

from whatever cliq he may have joined. I don't know. At the end of the day, again, you pray for everyone, so so hopefully he does work out whatever issue he has, Because to me and all the emails and messages we got, something really seemed off Saturday. He was just not acting in a very pastoral way. So hey, thanks for that, Alex. We're going to move on. We have an email from Adam and he says, so if you're doing well, I just listened to the debate between

Pastor Odell and Pastor Locke. Now my opinion is coming from someone who had high respect for both pastors. But I am a Christian who believes Pastor Odele's interpretation of the word to be correct. But my reaction to the debate isn't about their interpretations of the word. But I couldn't believe the way Pastor Locke was talking to Pastor Odele. He was very intimidating, very judgmental, and by the end I even questioned whether Pastor Locke is spirit filled or not.

The way he was yelling at the end sounded evil. Right. He was telling people not to come back to his church. Right, He told him if they believe in flat earth, don't come back to this church. But it's just like you always say, that's how people react when backing the Globe. I believe this is because facts and science are not on their side, and when Pastor Odele shows scripture wasn't either. Pastor Locke, again, already

having his mind made up, not willing to change it. He became very emotional, and he let the debate turn into an emotional argument instead of a debate. As much as I hate to say it, I have lost respect for Pastor Locke with the way he carried himself during the debate. And you know, I had mentioned to add On that my sentiments were very similar to

his. I had hopes it would be a spirited debate. And again each side present let the congregation decide for themselves, because again it's not a salvation issue. Shake camp to praise Jesus, see you tomorrow at eleven am. Right, And again Pastor Otel's hour and forty minute presentation was really well done, and he skipped over half of slides. It could have done it easily

by himself a three or four hour presentation. But at the same time, when I was working on my slide show, I wanted to make sure that I kept it to X amount of time because when you introduce somebody to this theory, they can only handle so much, right, so you want to get the most pertinent issues the Bible versus you get a little support from from all facets and say here you go, give them enough to make them curious to start their own research. So you know, I made sure of that

when I was working on my slide presentation. So when we start presenting locally, we don't, you know, flood them with too much information and everything. You only have so much time, so you need to make sure you get the important points in. I went on to say that again the first hour, everything Pastor Locke said was pretty troubling, and you could sense the tenseness right off the bat. And again I told him that our church experienced

something like that in the eighties and it divided the church. But even worse than that, not only did this divisiveness the type of event that week SPA wasn't flat Earth, obviously, but we had a pastor who divided the church. And the events of that Sunday not only split the church where many people left and never came back, they went to different churches, but there was people who left the church completely all together and never went back to church,

any church. They walked away from from church, and that is just unfathomed, just terrible. And Adam did reply that he wanted to respond with Pastor Locke, being close with Benny Hant, it is a problem. I hear the clip you played with him talking to Benny hen and the fact that Pastor Locke used to not believe in the gifts of the Spirit tells me that his interpretation of the Word is not correct. But not only that has me questioning

whether he is spirit filled or not. Even more, I mean, no one filled with the Holy Spirit would ever tell his own congregation that if they believe Pastor Odele's interpretation of the world of the Word, that they're not welcome back to his church. And then, on top of that, to tell them that they are Bible deniers and part of the end time deception. That was insane. Adam says that he gained so much respect for Pastor Odele with

how he carried himself while constantly being interrupted and belittled. He is a man of conviction and I love that. I'm going to try to dig a little more about Pastor Locke's history. Something tells me he's more of a showman than a pastor. I've just never seen a man of God act like that before. It is mind blowing. And our next email comes from Raoul from the firma Metal podcast, and he says, I hope this email finds you well.

I just wanted to make a few statements of my evaluation of this debate between Pastor Locke and Pastor Odle. First off, I will start by saying I find Pastor Locke to be cringe worthy and right off the jump, he was very condescending. He tried to act friendly and welcoming, but it didn't take long for him to start some show. I'm sorry it didn't take long for him to start to show some of his true colors. I feel that

Pastor Odele did a good job on his presentation. I would like to have had him tie more physical proof of the Earth, but what he did was pretty good and he had a good execution on the scriptures he referenced. I think a really big one to get people to understand the flat earth concept is the skyclock. I would have liked to him to do more stuff out of Genesis and the Greater and Lesser life lights and present evidence to support that. Yeah, I agree, right, the lesser light it's not a reflection of

the sun. It is illuminary. Right, that's a huge thing that I've seen when you mentioned the moon and reading that part of Genesis that you start to see a little bit of flicker in people's eyes to kind of understand. He goes on to say that when it came to Greg Lock's turn, I feel like he presented some of the evidence for his debate very confidently, but he lost me completely when all he would do is reference Nathan Reynolds writing it

was more like debating that paper instead of directly debating Dean Odle. Great point, and Dean called him out on this, and of course the way it ended was absolutely disgusting as well. The points that you made about their microphones was legit too. So many it wasn't just me that heard that good. Several people had noticed that he definitely had home field advantage. And I don't know what the hell he was talking about about the whole Bible denire thing.

I don't even think that scripture that he was referencing was relevant in the way he was using it. I don't think so either. The closing was weird. If you know, if you believe him, you're a Bible denire, ibill denier and don't come back to my church. That was just insane at

a minimum. You know, maybe you would think in that little formal what was it the press statement, the official press statement that we read at the beginning of the podcast, that maybe, just maybe he would have mentioned something like, you know, maybe I went a little too far when I told people not to come back too much to know, he's a very prideful man. That cannot be disputed. He is a very very prideful person. And

of course he said, what a sad way to end it. I wish this would have had a lot more structure, like you said, and it should have definitely yet should have had a moderator, and they should have asked questions from the moderator directed at both of them, and both be given time for presentations and then time to have an open form questions. Anyhow, I

think it's a learning experience, agreed, Raoul. Hopefully if this ever happens again, it's more structured, Like you said, I hope something like this does happen again, and I'd like to see more of this style of debate. Anyway, much love from your brother at the Firmer Metal Podcast, and Raoul, thank you so much. Great points as well. It should have been a neutral location, should have had a moderator. But even still, I think that when you have somebody that's not that locked in to his beliefs,

which pastor Lock was. But again, like many of the other emailers said, we were that guy too, right, we would defend the ball even though we had very little knowledge about it. We didn't really understand the whole helio noncentric system, right, And then when we actually take the time we put our guard down and research it for ourselves, we realize how ridiculous it actually is. So thanks for that email. And lastly, Patrick, just a quick note. He says, at some point us flat earthers have

to stop dropping breadcrumbs and start making toasts. How about that, stop dropping breadcumbs and start making toast. I'm not sure what that looks like, but that debate fired me up, and I'm done being the stupid one. Just my two cents, right, because we are you know, at the family gatherings. You see that guy over there, his name's Georgie's my cousin. He thinks the earth is flat, right, And then you know, next thing, You know, why are people looking at me so funny? Right?

Where really it should be the other way around. Hey, that's Don over there. He thinks water sticks to a ball, all right, But again, kudos to the matrix and the indoctrination system that's been put in place. So anyway, I hope you enjoyed that. That's the feedback from the debate. We are going to move forward. You know, let's pray for Pastor Locke and of course Pastor Odal as well. He in my opinion,

whethered quite a storm on the road. He was asked as a guest to drive up from you know, near Auburn, Alabama, to Mount Juliett, Tennessee to have a debate, a spirited debate, and you know, it should have been done, you know, with the glory of God. And that's not just what happened. But like Raoul said, hopefully this is a learning experience and the next time maybe we can do this again. But we

can show them how it can be done. And hey, maybe I can find a pastor locally who's willing to do something that will lead the way and we'll show them how it should be done where we can still even walk away. Fine, you don't believe what I say, but we still we're not going to throw rocks, toss people out of church for it. So there

you go. Looking forward to our interview tomorrow, Night with John. Hope you enjoy that, and then we'll have another episode for you Sunday evening at eight pm Eastern time, another interview, So stay tuned, appreciate the feedback, and of course we appreciate the support. God bless each and every one of you. And until the next time we meet my friends, we will see you. I know it's been struggle. I don't know if you've had spain. I feel the TI tell down all the way.
