Episode description

In this episode of the Fitness Circus Podcast, I discuss what my perfect curriculum and class structure could look like for aerial and pole studios, with a particular focus on a widely accepted theory in the world of exercise psychology - Achievement Goal Theory. I discuss WHY my ideal curriculum and class structure might better suit the psychological needs of the students than the existing term-based, graded class structure, while acknowledging that it would require a complete business model overhaul for most studios to adopt this system.
If you agree, disagree, or have comments on what I've discussed, i'd love for you to reach out and
start a conversation with me on Instagram.
