On this episode of the Get Crystallized Show, we are going to be graced with the beautiful art of poetry.  My guest today is Francine Manuel, a poet and writer. She has earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and has over 20+ years of helping her clients with her vast experience in alternative therapeutic modalities. 

Acknowledgment of Francine’s writing abilities was recognized since her youth when her poetry was selected and published as part of a provincial wide campaign to create awareness on the subject of sexual abuse.

In Francine’s recently released book of poetry, “Emerging from the Chrysalis”, you are able to get a glimpse into the subtle yet devastating nature of burnout, anxiety and depression. Each poem captivates and draws in the reader, allowing them to have insight into the realities of mental illness and leaves them with a sense of hope and healing.

Understanding that everyone has a unique message, Francine has moved beyond and is now working with online coaches and entrepreneurs. She is assisting them to gain more authority, credibility and visibility by sharing their experiences, knowledge and journey with others by self-publishing their 1st of potentially many books.
