I am thrilled to introduce one of my series entitled “The Mindset Mastery Series” where I will be interviewing the best of the best Mindset Experts, Motivational Speakers and Health & Wellness Experts to share with you how to beat self-sabotage, the importance of self-discipline and achieving your goals and dreams.  

My first guest interview is Stephanie Hessler.  Stephanie Hessler is a Career and Leadership Coach, with an emphasis on mindset. She helps high-achieving corporate leaders and business owners, who are tired of playing small, to rapidly advance their careers and create a vision others want to follow, without sacrificing the lives they dream of. Stephanie is the creator of the BLISS Accelerator, an in-depth and transformational coaching journey. Previously, Stephanie worked in the investment business for 16 years, including almost 10 years on Wall Street. She’s a graduate of Wellesley College and earned an MBA at The Wharton School.

On today’s episode, she will share how to set yourself up for success in 2022 and rediscover lost dreams that the uncertainty of the past 2 years may have robbed you of achieving your dreams or the next step in your career because of stress or burnout.   She’ll share simple steps to refocus and rest your vision!
