TFR Ep. 647: Creed III, Women Talking, Who Dat?!?

This week on The First Run, Chris and Matt step back into the ring one more time to defend their title as the longest running cool film podcast in all the land with their discussion of ‘Creed III’.  Michael B. Jordan steps into the director’s chair for the first time to continue the story of Adonis Creed as his past comes back to haunt him.  Much like that breakfast burrito Matt had today. HA!  Then Chris yells BINGO as he’s able to check off his final Best Picture nominee with Sarah Polley’s fictional take of a real event, ‘Women Talking’.  At least Matt got to dodge Elvis.  There’s the sun-drenched rundown of the big releases on Physical Media, featuring the Streaming and Straight to DVD Picks of the Week.  Matt & Chris close out the show with another round of everyone’s favorite leather-free role-playing game, ‘Who Dat’!  Lace ‘em up!
