Wake Up 5 am: 

Breathing exercise

Yoga & 7 min. Workout

Cold Shower

Reading / Podcasts while having breakfast

6:45: Getting kids ready for school

7:30: Tony Robbins hour of power

8:00: Start work

9:30: Meditation break

11:45 Lunch

14:30 Nap

16:45: Welcome Kids

20:00: Prepare next day

21:00 Go to bed
