Today on the show, Giles Alderson and co-host Dom Lenoir welcome producer & director Jay Silverman to talk about his latest feature film Saving Paradise (2021), starring William Moseley, Johanna Braddy, Mimi Kennedy and many more. Jay dives deep into what it’s like to live and work in Hollywood. Not only does he talk about how he made his latest feature, Saving Paradise, but also how he went from doing the show The Cleaner (2008-2009) to his first two feature films, Girl on the Edge (2015) and Off the Menu (2018). He also talks about directing, how he built his own sound stage, the importance of pre-production, his distribution plan as well as his business model – how he makes profits with his movies to make new ones.
