FightFit Podcast, EP 31 - Mark 'Hammer' Castagnini

In the first part of our 3 episode special to celebrate warriors way and UFC 243 fight week, we chatted to Mark Hammer Castagnini.  

A former World Kickboxing Association Australian Champion, Hammer has gone on to have just as much success outside of the ring. He is the owner and head trainer at his very own ‘Hammers gym’, where he is producing some of Australia’s finest talent, and even had his own tv show on fox sports called ‘Hammer Time.’  

Hammer also runs 'Warriors Way,' a kickboxing and Muay Thai promotion that showcases some of the best local and international talent there is.
