Ep 86: Are you using your magic for you?

This new episode was prompted by some recent advice I was given – to give my coaching & healing gifts more for myself. 

So many of us give our gifts freely to others, but forget to use them for ourselves.

If you work professionally as a coach, healer or mentor, you will be spending most of your days helping other people. If you are a creative you will be giving your creativity and artistic skills to benefit others, and if you are an empath, chances are that you give freely of your energy, empathy and support.

But how often do you give those same gifts back to yourself?
