Polycystic ovary syndrome impacts many women but there are variations of how this manifests in the body. I had horrific ovarian cysts myself, so it was a big motivation to heal my body from the inside out! Many practitioners don't know how to deal with PCOS and often tell women to go on medication or hormones or "just lose weight." In this episode, I discuss PCOS types and how to test for them!
