I am dedicating this episode to sharing my own DUTCH hormone test results. DUTCH hormone testing is an incredible tool to see what your hormones are doing and how to improve them.
I offer this test for so many women in my programs because it is so comprehensive and easy to use. It is a dried urine test and can give a much more complete picture than a blood test. I am now including DUTCH testing as part of my 12 week program!
